It sounds like they pretty much raped you =/ .. I'd stop hanging around them for sure, and tell your parents & the cops, because if you don't do anything about it, they're going to think they just got away with it and could decide to do it again ..

alrite..i`m gonna be gettin my braces off soon, and i really don't want yellowish teeth with white spots, so im gonna use whitening stuff. But i dont kno what works the best, does anybody use some that works really good?

When I got my braces off, I didn't have any spots or anything, but if you do have them [[ i don't recommend whitening your teeth before you get your braces off, it just doesn't sound like a great idea ]], try like, that 2-hour whitening stuff, [[ i think ]] it comes with tray things, and it gets it over with in just a day. I've heard whitestrips work well, but I tried them once, just for kicks, and I thought they were disgusting .. so, um, yeah. Good luck =)

I just went to the dentist and he gave me some shots, procliaming that the lower left side of my face, upper lip and the upper left jaw would be numb, also numb by the bottom of my nose. I'm really sensitive to numbing crap and the numbness has extended to half my face and has reached my eyelid and blinking feels funny. I HATE this sensation, i can't eat anything either, does anyone know how to make numbness go away any faster? I am about to rip my face off!

Eeek, I *hate* that stuff =/ Try drinking through a straw, if you can. There's not really anything that makes it go away any faster .. try to take a nap or something so you'll forget about it.

I really don't think you should give him anymore information, because you don't know for sure that he's telling the truth [[ he could perfectly well be an innocent 14 year old boy, but he could just as easily be some 6O year old pedophile ]] .. so, yeah, if you want, you can keep chatting with him and stuff, but don't plan to meet him or give out your phone # or location or anything. Take as many writing classes as you can, and go to different writing workshops and stuff, and that'll help you out. Write whenever you can [[ i don't know what it is you want to go into writing, but .. practice always helps =) ]] .. good luck :o)

Mornings are supposed to be the best time .. and late at night is the worst, because it takes your body so long to settle down that you can't sleep for a while.

Stretching in itself doesn't help you lose weight, but it's a good thing to do anyways.

Ok well tomorrow I'm leaving for Flordia. I hafta go on a 5 hour plane trip! Does anyone have any ideas for things to do?? I have my cd player (but ive already heard all my cds!!), a walk to remember book (my favorite :D), and a notebook. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??

Buy some magazines at the airport, they'll have tons. Um, if you // your parents have a cell, you can play games + stuff. [[ if they still let you do that on a plane .. some airlines might not ]] Buy some of those little handheld game things, like yahtzee + stuff .. there are usually phones on the back of the seat [[ you usually need a credit card to use it, though ]]. Play cards, um, eat, talk to whoever's sitting next to you, sleep.

well im going to florida for a week and im leaving tommorow and i havent gotten my period when i was supposed to and i dont kno when it will come and i will be swimming a lot because it is florida and i cant wear tampons the whole time can i ? because i didnt think u were sposed to do that .What should i do?

You can wear tampons the whole time. Just change it every 8 hours or so [[ more often if you need to ]], and you'll be fine. And, yeah, you can wear a tampon if you don't have it, like, just in case, but don't leave it in too long.

I just started chours this year in school. My friends have told me that my music teacher will make you sing in front of the WHOLE class to see if you can be a soloist. I like to sing but I don't know if I have a good voice! I don't want to be humiliated in front of everyone! What should I do?

Take some lessons, and they can give you some tips. Nobody really pays any attention to anyone else, though, and nobody'll like, laugh or anything, so don't worry about it, I'm sure you'll be just fine!

i find myself never being able to sleep until like 2 or 3 in tha morning everynight..i cant ever sleep so i just go on AIM or something like that..any advice? i appreciate it. thanks

It's because you're used to staying up so late. Start waking up earlier and trying to go to bed earlier, and your body will eventually get used to a different time.
