xo_dream answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 7:10 pm: You can wear tampons the whole time. Just change it every 8 hours or so [[ more often if you need to ]], and you'll be fine. And, yeah, you can wear a tampon if you don't have it, like, just in case, but don't leave it in too long. [ xo_dream's advice column | Ask xo_dream A Question ]

heya answered Monday July 26 2004, 1:45 pm: You can wear tampons all day..as long as u change them about every 3 hrs or maybe less if your flow is heavy. But be sure to not wear one at night because you might get TSS (toxic shock syndrome). Some health care providers prefer you don't sleep with them. So at night wear a pad. Cameron answered Monday July 26 2004, 1:36 pm: if you feel more comfortable wearing pads, then only wear tampons when your in the water!! or if your really lucky your period won't come until after your vacation! =] [ Cameron's advice column | Ask Cameron A Question ]
Just_Being_True answered Monday July 26 2004, 1:27 pm: You can wear tampons while you are swimming. But you need to change them alot so that they don't leak and you don't start smelling and stuff.
ShOrTnSwEeT42094 answered Monday July 26 2004, 1:07 pm: You can definitely wear a tampon each time you go swimming! If you don't feel comfrotable wearing one when you're just sittin around,or doing anything outside of the pool or ocean, there's nothing wrong with wearing a pad! You'll be fine girlie!!Have a blast in Florida!!!! :) [ ShOrTnSwEeT42094's advice column | Ask ShOrTnSwEeT42094 A Question ]
