well im going to florida for a week and im leaving tommorow and i havent gotten my period when i was supposed to and i dont kno when it will come and i will be swimming a lot because it is florida and i cant wear tampons the whole time can i ? because i didnt think u were sposed to do that .What should i do?

You can wear tampons the whole time. Just change it every 8 hours or so [[ more often if you need to ]], and you'll be fine. And, yeah, you can wear a tampon if you don't have it, like, just in case, but don't leave it in too long.

u can wear tampons the whole time if ur on urpd..just make sure u change tham according 2 their size (its on the box) n u CAN wear them if u dont have ur pd..but it might be a bad idea bc theyll stay dry n it culd cause irritation. just if u dont have it wen u leave, go 2 the bathroom alot everyday just 2 check so when u get it ull be able 2 take care of it right away

You can wear tampons all day..as long as u change them about every 3 hrs or maybe less if your flow is heavy. But be sure to not wear one at night because you might get TSS (toxic shock syndrome). Some health care providers prefer you don't sleep with them. So at night wear a pad.

You can definitely wear a tampon each time you go swimming!If you don't feel comfrotable wearing one when you're just sittin around,or doing anything outside of the pool or ocean,there's nothing wrong with wearing a pad!You'll be fine girlie!!Have a blast in Florida!!!! :)

I dont see why you couldnt where a tampon, at least while your swimming, just take it off when your out of the water
