sick or being skinny

hi. im 14 5'2 and 87 pounds and im tired of being so skinny! ppl r like "do u eat", and say crap like "eat a chesseburger or something gees" what should i do?

build muscle. Try lifting wieghts. You wont be fat but built and not SKINNY or w/e. And tell those people to shutup be like is saying that making you feel less fat? .. b/c people like that are complete jerks.

If you're concerned about being so skinny, though, you can talk to your doctor about it, and they might be able to help =)

Jus becuase your skinny doesnt mean you have anything wrong with you. in some cases, like being anerexic, then theas soemthin rong. but otha than that, try eatin pastas and bread..it realle works to add a couple pounds..

(pasta, bread, milk, cheese, butter, sugars)

gurl...ur like very skinny...mary kate that is anorexic (or w/e u spell dat) was at dat weight...look i'm sorry to tell u dis ...but u've to eat more...try to eat more..dont drink any peels thinkin they'll give u hunger b/c it will do u no good...mah friend did dat n now she is like FAT...like GOD DAMN!!! so peels dont help..well they do if u wanna get wayyyyyyy over weight...so wut i think u should do try to eat more then u use to n dont waste that much engergy...xoxo effy

If you are really concerned about gaining some weight then go 2 a docter and they can put u on a special diet 2 help u gain some pounds. Otherwise, as long as ur healthy, it's not bad 2 be skinny, it just might get annoying @ times w/ ppl asking u questions about it.

I know this problem way too well. For me, I have been drinking high protein drinks and NEVER skipping meals. Talk to your doctor about what else you can do to help you gain weight, or if have trouble gaining, to at least maintain your weight now so you don't lose any more.

Eat bigger portions of food. But still eat healthy. You don't want to eat a whole bunch of cheeseburgers to gain weight, its unhealthy.

If you're tired of being so skinny...eat! lol. I know, I know. I hate eating myself. I love junkfood...but other than that I don't like eating. If you want to find out if you are underweight, I have two sites.

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) That's a weight chart. You can look up your height and weight and find whether you're at a good weight or if you're at any risks.

Here's another one: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) For this one you can enter your height in feet and inches and your weight. Press Compute BMI and it'll give you a number inside the heart. Take that number and look at the left where it says "BMI Categories". It'll put you in under, normal, overweight, or obesity. There are links on that site that you might want to check out concerning weight. Those charts are not always exactly correct so if you're ever unsure about anything the good ol' doctor will come in handy. Whether you're under, normal, or over weight, old fashioned exercising and eating healthy always helps you in life.

If you're not at all worried about your weight, just ignore those people. A lot of skinny people get those comments all the time and I know it's very annoying. The best thing to do is to not let it get to you. Tell them you don't appreciate them making that comment and that you DO eat. After that just ignore them. =)
