no im not eating junk food, i rarely eat junk food..i mostly eat the main stuff; meat, bread, pasta and ect. I eat fruits and veges as well..fruits are my fav I always eat them. My diet is very well better then my sister as to what my mother says. My sister eis 18, about 110 and eats nothing at all and always eats junk food. I atleast quit the crap and eat normal food non such like her who never eats anything very well..I am also a tomboy and loves sports...mean while shes a blonde girlie girl who doesnt like sports at all..-thx again
ok, then your just like me! im not exactly a tomboy, but i play sports, also, ok you eat fruits, good, veggies, good, try to stay away from alot of bread or carbohydrates, thats what gets you, and drink lots of water, even flavored water will help, because it has no calories or nothing, and exercise, dont just sit around all day, be active, and you'll be fine, just keep your head up high, and keep doing what your doing cause your doing great, and no problem ask me anytime!

I am 15 and 5'3 and 142 pounds..I used to be 112 when I was 12..I had gained 30 pounds :-x..I can't do sit ups for some reason or anything like that, I need to use my elbow to help me up. I have a breathing problem and I can't really run w/o having to stop and catch my breath every few yards. Is there anyways I can get to about 120 by summer?
first of all what kinds of food are you eating? if your eating junk food then thats your problem! if you are then try to either cut it all out completely or really slim down on the junk food, and eat healthy foods, like fruits and veggies and plenty of water! excersing is also a great way to boost your metablisiom (dont know if i spelt that right) which helpes digest your food faster, and dont be set on that you need to lose weight, being your age and 5'3 and 142 lbs isnt bad for 15, so dont put bad things in your head! remember be positive, and you'll do whatever you want to accomplish! I have this one friend...we've been friends for 2 years. Well, this past year we've gotten closer, but now I think we're getting TOO close. She says I'm HER best friend, but I already have a best friend. And she always makes me hang out with her in the morning at school, and gets mad at me if I want to go with MY best friend even though we just sit in her crushes homeroom. Lately my zits have gotten really bad. I try various face washes, alcohol pads, etc. Nothing works and they're getting worse. I don't have the money to go out and buy expensive treatments. i have the same problem! i have tried every product that i could buy myself, one thing i actually found out that by using tons and tons of producs is really bad! cause your putting so much stuff on your face its making it worse! i tried proactiv, which isnt that expensive, literally and its awesome! it doesnt work like that, but it doesn work, and my face cleared up alot! another thing i am using now is clean and clear face wash, and its like purple then a blue color and then green all after eachother, and you can feel it working after your done washing your face, and its cleared my ace up really well, so just a couple of suggestions, hope i was some help! ask me anytime!

This might sound strange, but I need tips on how to fight. I know how to hold my fists and how to swing, but I'm scared to break my knuckles or fingers when I swing at someone. I shouldn't be fighting, but I need to learn how to defend myself when someone starts with me, which has happened before and I didn't know how to fight. Also, where is a good spot to hit the person so they back off?
ook, i think i can be of some help, im not sure of how much use, but ill give it a shot! ook, when your putting your fists up, make sure you keep them infront of your face! but down, always up, cause your fists are your protection for your face, when your getting ready to hit the person, have your hands up and with the opposite hand kind of move it side to side, i know it sounds strange, but it distracts the person your fighting, cause they are looking at your and that your moving side to side, not the hand your going to hit them with, so they thing your going to hit them with that hand, but your really not, and when you see them look at your opposite hand, you hit them really hard, i would aim for the nose, always made them crunch over, and then you can hit pretty much wherever you want to! hope i was of some help, ask me anytime!

i have the same problem! i know im fat, even though my friends dont think i am, cause i have ways of hiding it, but my mom was big too, and its not just working out that you need to do to its actually dieting! i seriously recommend weight watchers, my mom has been on it, and she lost 120 lbs! and its the coolest diet, cause its not your even on a diet, and for work outs, i would do crunches, which toughens up your tummy, and anything in releavence with that! hope i helped, ask me any time,

Ive been using this instant sunless tanner by NO-AD. It's in color medium and works fantastically. Im currently just using it on my bod but would like to tan my face as well. But I fear considering how delicate my face is (I break out easily) Im not sure if I should risk it. Has anyone else use a tanner oh their face? Any advice? I rate. :)
