Ive been using this instant sunless tanner by NO-AD. It's in color medium and works fantastically. Im currently just using it on my bod but would like to tan my face as well. But I fear considering how delicate my face is (I break out easily) Im not sure if I should risk it. Has anyone else use a tanner oh their face? Any advice? I rate. :)

I think you should ask a doctor or your mom or ne one who knows lots about that stuff. Its more a safty issue. Besides I could of sworn they makethe tanning lotion for the face so if it gets in your eyes or something its like a minor thing. i hope i helped Plz rate me

And so you know, I just checked the NO-AD website, and they mention the best ways to use their instant sunless tanner, and mention 'use sparingly around the hairline' so there's a decent chance the stuff is mild. Just make sure you test it out and leave that one spot you tested for at least a few hours. If you don't have any kind of reaction, then you'll probably be alright. The site also recommends you use the tanner after exfoliating, so hey that might help also. [ FernGully's advice column | Ask FernGully A Question ]

I found out that you can put sunless tanner on your face (very carefully!) but I couldn't find anything that was very specific like about acne. If I were you I would go to a department store and ask one of the skin-care clerks. They will have more information for you and you can even test one of their self-tanning products while you are there for free. Here is a few sites that I looked at if you are interested:
sunless.com
beautyriot.com
tanningsite.com
Best of luck to you ... hope you don't turn orange!! Yuck!
Smurf_toucher answered Thursday April 14 2005, 11:55 am: Not that this will help you but i got a funny picture in my head reading your problem of a rub on tan person that looks like an oompa loompa with acne so from my perverse view i say go for it and remember someday it'll make a great story.
