last year i was like the outcast and this guy Jared liked me and he asked me out i didnt know why the heck he liked me but it soon became love he loved me. and i loved him back the realtionship lasted for 10 1/2 months and i felt like we were good and that we were gonna be together for a while longer then we were and now he ignores me and tells his stupid friends things about me and half the time i cant have a regular conversation with him.. i sed about 3 months ago that i'd changed things for him becuz i love him and he completely blew me off. and when his friends are not in school he will talk to me like he would when we were together and i dont know what to do!! should i let him go and ignore him or tell him one more time how i feel??

rachel :- i think that its possible that your ex's friends have a lot of influence over him. i would talk to him about it and see how he feels. you might want to wait til his friends arent around though if he acts different when they're around. hope it helps!

rachel :- i think that all of us teenagers are sarcastic. lol! and i know that all of my friends and i wear abercrombie and hollister and all of that good stuff. and then music is just music. unless it is like constantly cursing and stuff then i would just let her listen to what she likes. this could all just be a faze that she is going through. hope it helps!

about last week me, my cousin,my best friend, and my boyfriend all went to the mall and the movies together. i never knew until my cousin told me that he liked my best friend. and i talked to my best friend about it at the time and everything she told me was basically i like your cousin and i will go out with him. well my cousin never got enough courage to ask her out . he was going to this weekend but things happened and no one could leave the house. he has wanted to call her and do it but he doesnt want to do it on the phone.
my best friend;
she has beening talking to a guy that she has meet online for about 2 yars now. he has came down here once and seen her he shock her hand and left. i thought that was the most stupidest thing he could have done. after that day she stopped talking to him (he lives about 3 hours away from where we live) well just recently she started talking t him again. and now ever time she calls she goes i love bryan i love bryan and it bothers the hell out of me.
the problem;
my cousin likes her a lot and she doesnt care anymore all she wants is bryan. it hurts knowing ur cuz has fell so hard over a girl an the girl doesnt like him back. and my boyfriend knew it was bothering me and had a talk to my friend with me on the phone to now she wont talk to me or nothing. i dont know what to do. she wont get over the guy that will probably never see again. can someone help me out please. rachel :- ohkay so this whole thing with this bryan guy is probobably not going to work if they have to drive for three hours just to see each other. she will probobly get over it after a while. also i would try to get your cousin to hang out with you and your best friend more so that she can see what a nifty person he is. your friend will eventually get over this whole being mad thing and talk to you again, so just wait it out. hope this helps you!

Everyday when I get home, I know I should do homework. But I always find something else to do, like going on the computer, going outside, etc. I'm always up really late. ansley says - well, make a schedule for you everyday, make the schedules different for everyday so you dont get bored but homework deff needs to be first second or at least third everyday, make your parents keep you inside or make you do your homework before you can do anything else, it would also help if you did your homework in a room with no computers or tvs or anything distracting, hope this helped you!!

Is it normal to like more than one guy at a time, because i think i like this guy in one of my classes whos really cute and we have alot in common. then theres this guy whos a year younger than me who im really close friends with because of swimteam and hes just someone i talk to alot and sit next to him everyday on the bus and stuff lik that. then theres this other guy on my track team that i think i might like just because hes really nice to me and i dont really know but i just like having him around me all the time and flirting with him. And then theres another guy also on my team thats really cute and in some of my classes and we're always flirting and hes always trying to grab me then hugging me after he teases me. I am in Middle School, and as you know there is alot of drama. And I have this guy friend who I used to have a crush on..and my friend told him. So it got really awkward between us and then I told him that I only like him as a friend. Well we started talking again for a little while, and then it faded into just saying hi every once in a while, and now we dont even talk. I try to talk to him but he either gives me short answers or just pretends like he didnt hear me. He isnt acting like he is all mad at me because at first I didnt think he was. But then today my friend asked him why we never talk anymore, and its because he said that its all weird because I keep looking at him. Which I looked at him once and that was because i thought he was talking to me. But anyways so then I was really upset and so I told her that I hated him. And she told him and he said "Oh that sucks" and then walks away. As if he doesnt even care. Please, I really want some advice. I want to be friends with him more then anything. ansley says - hmmm ... this is a tough one, well if i were you i would try to get him by himself with no one else around and just talk to him about it ... ask him why your relationship is like this, ask him why he ignores you, tell him that you still care for him in a friendly way and you want your friendship to be special, just talk to him one on one and then he cant pretend he didnt hear you or he cant give you short answers, i hope this helps!! good luck girl!!

ansley says - just talk to him about it, ask him what happened? and why is he acting like this? tell him that you liked it better before you started dating, if he wont talk to you through IM, try calling him or talking to him in person ... i dont know if that helped but i hope it did! good luck!!

ohkay so i have naturally wavy hair, the only thing i can do with my hair is straighten it, i really want to be able to like scrunch it or curl it, does anyone have any ideas on like a mouse or spray i can put in my hair as to where it will scrunch or curl easier (( please not expensive!!))

rachel :- ohkay ... i have the same problem that you do. i havent tried it, but i know that aussie has a whole bunch of gels and sprays and stuff that are made especially so that you can scrunch your hair. my sister uses it and said that it works really really well. hope this helps!

Everybody has something their good at right? Some people are good dancers, athletes, public speakers, etc. I feel like I need something to be dedicated to. I love to be creative and i like to paint. I know its an advantage to know what you want to be, but i don't know of any realistic jobs where I can be expressive and creative, and make decent money. I'm only 13 but i would like to set a goal so when I get to highschool I'll be ahead of my game. I take as many art classes as I have time for. If someone could give me some career ideas, that would be awesome! (link)

rachel :- ohkay ... i am thirteen too, and this year, my class took this survey thing to figure out what we may be good at. your school could do the same thing later on in the year. i would suggest something in advertising, or like something where you get to draw. you might want to be an illustrator for books. hope this helps!

Ok well I am depressed and have started becoming anerxic over it. It all started with my bf {of course a guy lol}, anyway he loved his ex gf, {but he doesnt now and broke it off with her and is now with me} and he keeps giving me compliments he gave her and idk if their genuine he says they are, but why would he give me the exact same ones! I find it pathetic. Then, after I talk about this we get in a small fight and make up well then he went to the movies alone with two girls, one he dated! I wasnt even invited or told about it, oh and since I found this out I've been trying to call, but hmmm seams he doesn't know how to call someone back! Anyway I don't wanna get used by this guy what should I do, cause I really love him and don't understand why'd he'd rather go alone with those two girls and not me and is avoiding me. rachel :- first of all you need to stop being anorexic about this. being anorexic about anything is not good. and then he may be genuine about these comments. you never know. he may just like the same things about you and his ex. and then about the movie thing ... just because he goes to the movies with someone doesnt mean there is anything going on between them. sometimes people just like to go to the movies with their friends, even when they have a girlfriend or a boyfriend. if he doesnt call you back then talk to him face-to-face. i really hope this helps you.

ansley says - well first of all you have to ask yourself if you think she could keep the secret. has she kept your secrets before? if she is a true friend she will accept anything about you and keep it a secret. you could try telling her somoething a little serious, but not TOO serious and see if she blabs. hope that helped!!

a big issue with me is i won't be with someone that is a pothead and when me and my boyfriend first started to go out he said that he did smoke pot once but that he didn't like it so he wasn't going to do it anymore. this weekend he spent some time at his cousin's house with his cousin and her boyfriend. one night the got completely drunk and were smoking and he told me. this happens everytime he hangs out with his cousin. i don't know what to say to him. i love him so much and i really want to be with him but i can't be with someone that smokes (link)

if your friends arent being supportive of your relationships then they arent really your friends, they should be behind you trying to help you with your relationship, not crush it. they obviously havent taken into consideration your feelings, i would keep the relationship going because if you like eachother and care for eachother and get along good, there is no reason to break it off ... i'd say your friends might be a little jealous!!!

oaky...Well I will start out like this, well there's this boy and he lives with me four days out of the week,and it kind of seems like he takes over a lot of things like usally i am the one that stands by the cart being able to talk to my mom and then when he comes I am the one standing in the back and he is the one that is getting all the attention and its not fair.... it seems like he takes over everything like my sister and my dad. because like my sister is way nicer to him and my dad is always doing stuff with him... And he makes me cry every night because everytime i need to talk to my parents he's there buddin into the conversation and i can't barely talk to anyone about the way i feel because he's always around and I dont want to tell my friends and family about him in front of his face well all i am asking for is some good advice so even if its bad but you tried I will give you a five

is it normal to feel a little jealous or upset if your boyfriend picks up a movie (not a porn) with a very "hot" girl on the cover wearing revealing clothes and says how "oohhh shes hot" and puts it in the wagon to buy?
i dont think he got it because he saw i was kind of upset. but was my reaction normal? and does this mean my boyfriend is a creep or he doesnt like me or anythign? whats your opinions? i definately think he reeeaally lpves me..but its just this one area of "hot" revealing girls that makes me mad. it makes me feel inadequate or something if that makes sense (link)

ansley says - it is perfectly normal to feel that way, its a girls job to be jealous of other girls that your guy looks at or talks to, if you know he really loves you then there is no problem and its perfectly fine to feel that jealousy and if he respects you he might not act that way around you
