i am almost 14 and i weigh 140 pounds i am 5'4 and i need a way to loose weight. i am not good at stay to a diet so i need something easy that i could find around the house

You cant spot reduce fat. Sorry. Start running, but run with a purpose (makes it more interesting) i like to run two miles to a nearby horse farm and hang out there. Diets aren't to hard.. (as i eat a brownie...lol) Its healthier to eat every couple of hours or "gaze" but on healthier food. Don't pay attention to all the dumb carb diet stuff. some calories and fat are necessary for your body. But eat lots of fruit, and after working out, immediatly have some nice protien! (meat and such, it helps burn calories are create muscles) drink LOTS of water and i mean lots. 8 glasses a day (and i dont mean little dinky ones!!!)
when you do crunches, roll a towel up and fold it so its 4 or 5 inches thick, place it under your lower backs and crunch up until the weight is off your back, then SLOWLY go back to the ground. That's really effective in getting your abs toned.

I was really workedup over this too and she didn't really care all that much. she was kind of jealous for a week then she got over it n just made fun of us teasing.. then she gave up on that after a month or two lol. if your really good friends she should be happy for you!

Meh, your slightly dependent, but not really. I miss my boy all the freakn time but i only seem him a couple days of the week. its not weird that you miss him, just don't whine about it to your friends a lot they probably get annoyed with that.

oy vey. You most likely have awhile until you start yours. When you first start, don't use a tampon, you need to figure out your flow and such and you need to ask how to put one in, if you put it in wrong it hurts like a bitch. Also, cramps, only some people get them. i get them really freakn bad but so did my older sister and mom. if yours didnt you might not get them so bad. if you do sports a lot when your period does come cramps aren't so bad. don't go swimming with a pad. just avoid pools/oceans for that week. and dont take the pad off and not wear a tampon and swim in the ocean. sharks like blood and we've had enough shark attacks in this area. the string doesn't come off so you don't need to worry about that. if you have more questions drop something in my inbox. its nothing to be scared of really.

I've been tweezing my eyebrows for a while now but it's getting too difficult to find a shape I like. Today I'm going to get them waxed but I'm nervous. Will it hurt alot? Will I be really sore afterwards? Do the people who do it find the shape they like for you?

when i get mine done i just kind of plop down and go "whatever you think will look good- but not to thin" and the lady nods her head and does whatever. LOL. But um it doesn't hurt really. I use to tweeze mine but i kept messing it up, but after she waxes it she touches it up - that for me hurts the worse cause they are sore already. but just find something to think about and relax, (but they will get red n swell a bit afterwards) and if you play sports a lot make sure you put something for zits/black heads on it because i didn't once and went to soccer practice and i had zits all around my eyebrows.

Nuttin. Your probably still alittle unregular. No need to worry about it. Wear a liner instead of a pad (less bulky) for this week. Mine did that as well too and i've had mine for 3 years so it's totally normal don't worry about it. (i usually have cramps through the entire week so having it at the end seems no different to me, it just might be a tad longer this month) don't worry bout it

OKay... Your gf shouldn't really care. My BF is deff hairy but i love him just the same.
1. If it's on your face. Shave -(but scruff is hott)
2.Legs. Don't shave your legs... your a guy. guys have hairy legs. She can deal.
3. If its "down there" LOL you can trim it if your brave, i only know a few guys brave enough to go down there with sharp pointy objects. if you shave it its will come back thicker and well waxing that doesn't sound like fun. But you can take some sterile siccors and just trim it so it it isn't quite as bad.

its having sex over the internet. its really creppy and you shouldnt cause people who do are usually fakes and then ping you, get your ip adress, then using that they find out your adress and come and rape/kill you. im not lying i've had friends where the guys kept asking for the address and shit it was really scary for them you don't want to get caught up in that.
But cybering is something like talking sex out. LOL Like:

Well. Okay.. Odd way to win him over but how about leaving him little notes places he's bound to be or look saying "go to the living room" or something a tad more romantic sounding. Or you could just leave it in a real obvious place, like your room, n like have him in there, but you be like "hold on" n go use the bathroom or something so he might wander in and see it on the bed n pick it up and start looking through it???

last summer i met this guy..he came to missouri(which is where i live) cause he was visiting his grandma! well we met and had a blast together and i really liked him..only downside was he lives all the way in washington! well ever since we've met we have talked all the time on the phone and internet and hes been saying for quite a long time that he loves me and wants to be with me..i also feel the same way..i just dont know because he lives all the way in washington so we wouldnt really see eachother all that much! he said that him and his friend are coming down here this summer for a week to a week and a half and he wants to spend the whole time with me so im pretty excited about that! and hes talked about after he graduates and goes to college for 2 years coming here and living here so we can be together..he always says he feels like we are suppose to be together and i feel the same way i just dunno what to do! please help! sorry this is kinda long! How old are you? I have a friend in MD with a BF in Alabama (they aren't exclusive meaning she does see other people and so does he) but they only see each other once a year. they are both 20 though, you may not be old enough to handle a long distant relationship. sorry. and no matter what you think, you will get over this one guy. but if you really feel like that MAKE IT WORK DAMN IT. don't ask us for help. take it into your own hands. get ur parents to meet his family so they know.trust each other. have it so you can visit every few months and have your parents in on it and plan it so your not like running away. if you cant introduce him to your parents-mebbe he isn't a great guy/ trust me. i found a "great" guy... but my parents hated him n wouldnt let me see him. turns out he was a reaaaal jerk. if he's graduating college... how old are you? honey. 5 years isn't a bad difference, when you 23 and hes 28/ but if your like 16... i think you should let it go.

My husband has smoked for years...35 to be exact. We have been married for 30 years. He is slim, but not very healthy, I think. He almost quit just recently and I was so proud of him and told everyone that I was. He was down to about one cigarette a day. I feel like garbage when he smokes because he does it in the house, car, whatever. It makes me feel like a smoker myself. I feel that if I wanted to smoke, I would have kept it up in college, so you see, I know what it is like to be a smoker, but not what it's like to be a non-smoker, even though I don't smoke. I am sorry this sounds bitter. I am mad. Tell me what to do. I am ready to move out. We have a great marriage, but I don't want to feel crappy anymore because of someone else's vice. He refuses to go outside to smoke.

Does your husband know that Second Hand Smoke kills? And by keeping this habit he may eventually kill you, if he doesn't get cancer himself? Have you told him how crappy it makes you feel when he smokes around you? Once agian with the second hand...
If you choose to have children (though if you've been married for 35 years most likely your children are grown up and moved out) you risk SIDS( sudden infant deaths)
Try telling him you don't feel comfortable inviting guests over to the house because of the smell and the fact he has a disgusting habit.
How difficult is it for him to step outside when he needs a smoke? or Open a window? When your in the car get him to crack a window so he flicks ashes out there and the smoke goes out there so you aren't stuck with it in the car.

Keep using the strips. They bleach your teeth so your teeth/gums are going to be really sore and tender. I have the same problem. You can go to the dentist and get strips like that made JUST FOR YOU so your teeth will jsut hurt and not your gums as well. Your teeth should either become use to it or just deal with the sensitivity.
I've also read an old fashion way brushing your teeth with salt?! I've never tried it but hey. Why not? Worth a try eh.

Punk..Well. Hot Topic is good. Get pants with like only two chains not like a ton of zippers and crap. (then it looks bad) get some of the band shirts you like. Punk and gothic are fairly similar but don't go to extreme with purple hair and stuff and only a few peolple can pull the off. Get a spiked braclet or two. I reallyl ike the barbed wire necklaces they look really "cool" and "punk" Just kinda cruise around in Hot Topic, Spencers, or even Claires in a mall.
(Shoes- Converses. Get the old plain ones with maybe checkered shoelaces. those look the best without making it look like your trying to hard)
Might want to get a Guns N Roses zippered hoodied as well or any other bands you like.
(if your a chick and you wanna go all out get a corset or something, if you a guy. well. you could do a corset too :) )
