confusedbabii answered Friday July 15 2005, 1:12 pm: no, they could not get your number and call the cops because hotlines are confidential and they are not allowed to release any of your information like a phone number or name and they're not allowed to discuss what you talk about. hope i helped!

mushoku answered Friday July 15 2005, 12:27 pm: I don't believe so. If you call and you ask them before saying anything else, and you're not satisfied with the answer, you can just hang up and they can't do anything. [ mushoku's advice column | Ask mushoku A Question ]
VixenDark answered Friday July 15 2005, 12:27 pm: They probably wouldn't. Most places like that will keep it confidential, and try to talk you out of it. The thing you must remember is that those who call are not sure, and want someone to stop them. Thus, there usually isn't a need to call the police.
xXxpinky615xXx answered Friday July 15 2005, 12:23 pm: Yes they COULD but they won't. They pretty much talk you through things and tell you that everything's gonna be okay. It's like talking to a therapist over the phone basically. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
