i am almost 14 and i weigh 140 pounds i am 5'4 and i need a way to loose weight. i am not good at stay to a diet so i need something easy that i could find around the house

Xenical orilstat's bmi chart says you are completely normal, and plus, i'm the exact same weight and height as you, and i'm younger! 13 to be exact. I'f you really want to, do crunches after you eat food. It makes you look good in 2 pieces and slimmer under clothes and it really helps you loose weight. To make your diet easy, try simply substituting high fat items for lower-fat items (carrot sticks instead of chips, yogurt instead of ice cream, etc). Drink LOTS of water, it will help you lose weight faster. Foods with high water content (cucumbers, tomatoes, celery) can also help.
Eat lots of negative calorie foods. These foods burn more calories digesting than they have in them. They include cucumber, apples, berries, celery, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, and zucchini. You can do a google for a more detailed list.
Exercises such as crunches, leg curls, squats and lunges are all great fat-burners which are fairly simple to do in your home.

Start running, but run with a purpose (makes it more interesting) i like to run two miles to a nearby horse farm and hang out there. Diets aren't to hard.. (as i eat a brownie...lol) Its healthier to eat every couple of hours or "gaze" but on healthier food. Don't pay attention to all the dumb carb diet stuff. some calories and fat are necessary for your body. But eat lots of fruit, and after working out, immediatly have some nice protien! (meat and such, it helps burn calories are create muscles) drink LOTS of water and i mean lots. 8 glasses a day (and i dont mean little dinky ones!!!)
when you do crunches, roll a towel up and fold it so its 4 or 5 inches thick, place it under your lower backs and crunch up until the weight is off your back, then SLOWLY go back to the ground. That's really effective in getting your abs toned.

bootylicusbaby83 answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 6:40 pm: ok well it basically comes down to this: what do you want more junk food? or to be healthy and look healthy? i have to tell myself that all the time because i love food and over the past year i have gained a little bit of weight but i am starting to get it off. Just dont eat when your bored, find a hobby or get active. and when you are hungry, try to eat something healthy to fill you up instead of something fattening because if your not hungry anymore you wont want to eat so just try and fill your stomache up with healthy foods instead of junk.
