Like other people said your 21 and I think it's time that you can make your own decisions without worrying about what your parents are going to say. Having sex for the first time does hurt. But not too bad! ;-) Condoms work well and most of the time will keep ypu from getting pregnant. The pill, you like take it everyday and it prevents you from gettting pregnant or something. I have sort of a...strange question I guess: What exactly are a girl's hips made of, and is there a way to get rid of them once they develop? I mean I know that during puberty, you start getting hips, but I really don't like mine.
And also, I don't like the fact that my thighs touch when I walk or just stand with my legs parallel to each other. What can I do about this?

I don't know any way to get rid of hips i'm sorry but I did feel the same way you did because I have big hips and i hated them you just have to be happy with what you have! I'ts good to have curves. It's what alot of models have and thats what guys like! ;-)

ok. There's a girl in my school named Shay. I don't hate anyone, but she's as close as it gets. I mean it. I can't stand her. she sits next to me in one of my classes, and i can't beilieve i've gone this long without yelling at her, much less punching her! I'm normally very calm about things, but she makes me so mad, i can't concentrate on ANYTHING. She always makes really embarassing comments about... i don't really want to say it. Just ignore her and maybe talk to the teacher and ask her to like move your seat away from her or something. I had the same problem that you did. The best thing to do it not let him see that he's getting to you. Also, tryi to ignore him. If he still doesn't get the hint that you don't care what he says maybe pull him aside one day and be like " I would really appreciate if you would stop saying rude stuff" and tell him how you feel about what he says. If he's gonna be a total ass then just try avoiding him... hope I helped!

This is not really a question, but a request...
Can we please stop it with the "I rate" and "Rate me!" crap? Are getting ratings THAT important to you? Does it somehow make your life complete? This site isn't a game, people... ratings are not for keeping score. There is no competition - just advice. The ratings are supposed to be for keeping the bad advice off the site, much like we have the moderators in place to help keep the really bad questions off the site.
I mean, when I see a question that says "I rate!" in the body or even subjet of it, it just screams "OMG! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!!!!" It is getting kind of pathetic, as we're seeing it ALL THE TIME!

okay well im 13 years old and all of my firends have made out with a boy.. omgsh! NO FREAKING WAY! I weight like 5'4 and weight like 115 trust me your not fat and if you think your gaining weight its normal and you will prob. thin out cuz your growing! Don't worry about it!
