Pink Bedroom HELP!
Hey Guys! Well I just moved into a new house and I have painted my room pink! I love the color! Just to give you an idea its the color of peptobismol! (lol.) I love all colors (especailly pink and black) and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on decorating (please dont leave me any messages saying do what u wanna do. i want real ideas) Tell me anything from shelves to posters! If u painted ur room like all hot pink, ur bed sheets should be black and so should ur pillows and all the other things and u should add like a dark purple. That will look cool. If u live near
and "IKEA" then u should go there and u could get all of ur stuff for ur bedroom there cuz they have alot of kool things there.

Buy posters, of what you're into! Like I have a playboy bunny poster and its really cute! Hang picutres of your friends up... put awards and trophies you have earned in it.

well try pulling in some more colors. If you like black take that old computer desk and paint it black. Just paint old furniture in the colors you like. You can get sparkle spray and spray the walls, lamps, etc. Hmm.. make it you. Get a bulletin board, get wood floors, use fake flowers ((which you can get cheap at like a walmart)) and just spice up the room. There is sooo much to do you are unlimited girl! I'll give you an idea that I want for my room but will probably never do.For like shelves or dressers et cetera...paint it black and then flick the pink paint you used for your walls onto it.Yes, it's more of a fun outdoor project.Trust me splatter painting is one of the funnest things to do.I did it to my backpack last year it was awesome.You will have to be really careful on how to bring in different colors into your room.If you don't want just pink and black I would suggest bringing in colors like green or blue.No purples or reds.Um look at a color wheel to help to have really complementay colors that will make your room great.Good luck on decorting!

what you can do to spice up your room a little bit is throw in BUNCHES of different shades of pink all over the place! my room is the same color (i love pink) hope that helped a little bit

well if you do like black for your doorframes and window frames then it will look good and also for your bed put like a black comforter and pink sheets and pillowcases it will look awesome and like black shelves and stuff ! good luck hope it turns out nice !

Pink and black are good color mixers. So maybe if you put black shelves in your room and put black furniture in there, it would all pop out.

You should check out seventeen magazine. They have decorating tips and stuff in there. You can do sooo much with your room. Be creative and let your true self show through your room. If you go on google.com and type in decorating ideas or something along those lines... they will give you a bunch of links to help get ideas!
