I recently was told by a doctor I have an eating disorder. I'm 5'7", and weight 105 lbs. She said I am still growing and should weigh about 125. I haven't had my period for like 7 months!! I told my doctor that too. But, the thing is, I didn't start losing weight until November. My mom's gonna take me to a nutritionist soon to tell me how I should be eating. But I'm scared I messed up my body & will never get my period back, or that I caused my breasts to never grow again. Could I have caused those 2 things? PLEASE be HONEST! Thanks (link)

A year or two ago i went out w/ this girl. i liked her, she liked me. i dumped her ,because i relized that she wasn't that actractive, and she hated me. she wouldn't talk to me look at me etc. now i see her in the halls and at dismissle. now she really actractive. i don't want to go out w/ her or anything, i just want to be her friend again.what should i do?

I'm 14 years old, female and in the 9th grade. I've been sick for 4 1/2 months now, out of school and everything with an illness called colitis which is a disease in your large intestine and causes constant trips to the bathroom...it's embarassing yeah, but it's not like i picked to have this. Anyways, i would have thought being sick would bring me and my friends closer together but really, it ripped us apart. My best friend, or at least thought she was my best friend, completely ditched me 24/7 and said some really mean things to me and she lives right down the street from me and not once outa the 4 months did she come to my house to just visit with me and whenever she needs me, i'm ALWAYS there for her and like i wanna end the friendship cuz she is just a complete b**** like you wouldn't believe but the thing is, its hard to end the friendship as much as i wanna cuz i have so much fun with her. I need advice on what to do!! It's been driving me crazy for months on what to do and i just don't know anymore...:/ (link)

i dunno where to start or how to explain it but me and my mom have a very close relationship, like we tell eachother everything and could talk about anything. well when i was little my dad died and she was with this real jerk that hit her and all this other stuff, she went back to him maybe like 10 times and that was hard for me. then finally she realized that that was enough. but the problem is i think shes actually going through it again. she was with this other guy and they seemed happy together and everything. but he had a problem with everything about my my mom, he even yelled her for her job?! she finally broke it up with him cuz she said she couldnt it anymore. but then last night she had told me she was going over his house and i just kept my mouth shut cuz i like to see my mom happy. but he just has a very bad attitude and he scares me. i just dont want her and me to go through this again. i need some great advice..plz and thank you

I am absolutely positively crazy in love with this guy at my school. ok, well i have started cutting because of problems i have at home, well now i started to do it for fun, and i dont know why i like to do it, but i do. and its not for attention because know one knows i do it. well anyways, i get urges to do it even when there are no probems at home. i dont know whats wrong with me, i mean i know its wrong and i shouldnt be doing it, but i just love to hurt myself. i need some advice, weather its what i can do to stop, or if you know why i like to do it for fun. plz help (link)

My hair is wavy-ish straightish...kinda unruly. It's dark brown and a little longer than shoulder length and super layered with side swept bangs. For school I usually just use a straightening iron to make it stick straight. But I want to try some new styles...cute stuff, punk stuff, whatever!!! I want to keep it the same length though because I am growing it out. Anyone have any ideas?? (link)

my friend, let's call her "emily," is very opinionated. most of the time it's rude and she's not afraid to voice her opinion, especially to me. now at first i didn't mind this, but now it's getting really annoying. see, last night was the sports awards banquet at my school and she kept making rude comments to me about people she didn't like but were my friends. if she didn't like them, she would be like, they don't deserve this award because of blah blah blah and i just wanted to scream at her because they deserve it so much and she just says that because she's jealous (she used to be good, but not anymore). how can i get her to stop being so rude and obnoxious? i really don't want to hear this constant complaining anymore. i'm not very confronational so i don't think talking to her in private would be my best option. thanks so much! Well, my boyfriend and I are going to have sex for the first time on Tuesday.
I was just wondering if I should, like, shave you-know-where. I've tried shaving that hair before, but it didn't really go over so well... It was still stubbly and I couldn't get rid of that, and it was really just wierd.

OKay...i am 15....I had my first period in Nov of 2004....and i started my period yesterday...this has never happend to me before...but...When i go pee...i bleed too....why is that???? like...i bleed more than i pee...and the blood is all gooey and chunky...i hope non of u think im weird...im just really nervous...because this has never happend to me before..

i think my best friend is either bulemic or anorexic. she weighs about 119 pounds, wears a size 0 jeans and she constantly goes on about how shes fat. SHE IS NOT AT ALL. she graphs her weight on a chart (i saw it) and it's REALLY starting to scare me. what should i do? talk to somebody about it, talk to her...? please help!! (link)

give her hints, like say, "are you gonna eat today?"
things that push the act about eating. if that doesnt work (try for at least 2 weeks) talk to a counsalor and maybe she wil give you advice. if that doesnt work, then talk to her parents.

As part of our spirt week we are having a twin day where you dress up like someone else intentionally. So my boyfriend and i want to be twins, but weve already done this a couple times and we ran out of ideas. We did matching basketball jerseys and matching hoodies. I was thinking making IM WITH STUPID shirts, but it seems kinda, well stupid! Anybody got any better ideas? (link)
