I think I’m suffering from depression. And my relationship with my family is going down hill. I feel like I’m such a burden and I feel like something is seriously wrong with me. I want to tell my parents but it’s just so hard to tell them how I’m feeling. I’m 17 and I love my parents very much but I can’t live with them and get the help I need. I'm not sure if I should tell them or just let things go on the way they are and be miserable?
I noticed that when i was suffering from depression, and everytime i was having a relapse after getting better - i didnt get along with my parents. i would be irritated by them and everything they did and said seemed horrible, even if they were trying to help. i actually started blaming them for my depression and talkinga bout my horrible home life, mainly because i think i needed a reason as to why i was feeling that way, not knowing was killing me. when in reality my parents were very good to me. i suggest that you sit down and talk to your mom, or your dad - who ever youre closest with, tell them you feel sad all the time, let them know. depression is a long battle and it is not easy, its much eaiser to just lay around and cry then to make an effort to get better. but once youre better its worth every second of hard times. if you ever need someone to talk to im here for you. you can ask me anything.

Ok well i went to Florida a week ago and i got a little color and i got all these little bumps all on my shoulders and i got them last summer too i think its some kind of sun rash but im not sure...? does anyone know of anything i could use to make it clear up and go away or anything i mean i use like body wash and like noxzeama or how ever you spell it on my back and face for break outs but there not zits so idk please answer...
Honestly, i really think you need to go to a dermetologist. my mom used to get thse when she was in her 20s. and now she has freckles ALL over her back. she recently went to a dermatologist and he told her that it was sun damage. so you need to go and get it checked out so they cant give you a prescribed sun screen or something. until then, dont leave the house with out hte highest spf you can find (45 at least)

I'm 15 yrs old, and weigh 141 lbs. It's summer break and I want to lose some weight. I'm very self-consious(sp?) Run for 30 minutes. cardio is a great way to lose fat. Lunged are great for butt and leg muscles. just do them everyday. remember to eat healthy. if you want you can even set a calorie limit ex- only ea 1200 calories a day or something. some other exercises are biking, and you could go to the gym and use the weight machines for legs there. hope i helped.

over the course of this school year, ive finally met a guy im comfortable with and has led me to believe he feels the same. although neither of us have come out and admited our feelings, we both have mutual signs/flirting that gives an obvious clue that we're into each other. he told me he wanted to hang out this summer and we traded cell numbers and everything, except im a bit new to this.

3) movies?, go to the mall, go get coffee or anything to drink and walk around, go to th park, go to the zoo, chill at one of your houses and rent movies and eat pizza, (Scary movies especially). go mini golfing, go bowling, go fly a kite (sounds gay but sooo fun wiht a fliryt partner), have a picnic, go swimming in a lake, go to the beach, play sports together, play card games, oh man there are TONS of things you can do.

i had a long relationship. talk on the phone every night and discuss eachothers day. talk about things that you wish you would have been there for eachother. express through words. another thing you can do that will totally suprise him if you dont do this often. write him a letter telling hoim how much you miss him, and what you feel for him. i gurantee that if you make it through teh long distance thing, your relationshipw ill become stronger and you fill find the time you spend together is much more valuable, and you wont be taking time for granted, like we all usually do. something else you can do is take pictures of your self doing daily activities, and make him a scrap book titled "wish you were here" be creative.

i know someone with it pierced. he said it didnt hurt at all. basically i think almost all piercings are the same. tey dont really hurt. they just feel like a pinch and then its over. dont worry about pain, just get it done if you want it. think about how awesome it will look once oure done. besides, those things never hurt for long anyway. the only one i heard that hurts is the tounge, i heard that it doesnt hurt while you get it. just after when its sore, and tahts only because you eat and the food seasonings sting, even that goes away. hope i helped.

I am 14 and a female, ok, see I used to be friends with this girl Cydney in 8th grade. LONG STORY
well i've liked this guy for a very long time and we've gone out and recently hes been flirting with me alot, well today a friend of mine was having a bonfire and me and my friend we'll call her "person x" were the only girls there. Well my ex has been known to flirt so he was casually doing it with both of us. then him and i break off from the rest of pack and we both get the wild idea to go swimming in the river. so we both strip ( not totally )and the whole time im scared hes holding me really close to him and he even carried me back to the house because someone lost my shoes. anyways at the end of the night he takes "person x" away and i already knew what was happeing and you guessed it he asked her out and she said yes after knowing how much i like him. Its not just that but in the morning she'd been telling me about how the love of her life "was being a dick" but she couldnt help but still like him and then when i asked her if she really liked my guy she said yea and i asked her more than the other guy and she said "as of right now yea, cuz hes being an ass". I dont know what to do! she's known for being fickle about the guys she likes. she like a guy alot and then after they go out for a couple weeks decide she really dosent. I am in a situation where i know i am eventually going to end up fighting one or maybe 2 people, one is smaller than me and one is bigger, i dont need any paficists telling me not to fight, its unavoidable, can somebody give me some advice on how not to get my ass kicked and preferably to kick theres, im m/15 5 foot 9, and quite strong, just havent been in a real fight before.
ill give you a nice little technique that works.
make sure if you have long hair that you have it up, and in a bun. not in a pony tail, and not down or -the other person will grab it. also - if the person you are fighting has long hair, a good idea would be this.
when you get a chance - grab their hair, and wrap it around your for arm, slam your arm to the ground. this way you have their head rihgt where you want it, and they cant move. their face is free and un blocked so you can have a ton of free hits.

okay so there's this girl i've found myself quite infatuated with. and things seemed to be going jim dandy and the world seemed to be turning right for once. and then to my shock and dismay it comes out that she has an eating disorder. she refuses to eat, refuses to do anything but excersize and sip water. and she is slowly killing herself with this. i try to tell her that it's not good. i try to tell her of the damage it can do to her. and i try to tell her that it hurts me too (it can send me to tears.. and i never ever cry) and i try all that i can to let her know that it's terrible but nothing will ever work. i feel so useless and worthless and like she's gonna slip through my fingertips and i wont be able to save her. and well i really have no idea what to do or where to go. and i need some help from somewhere in order to help her. this is not good. yet she feels that it will make her feel better about herself. i just don't understand how slowly killing yourself makes you feel better. agh this is so saddening. someone please help me, somehow.
i used to suffer from an eating disorer as well, so maybe i can help you understand her a little bit more. when she looks in the mirror - she doesnt see what you see. she dosnt see that sehs probably thin and gorgeous. the reflection that she sees is honestly just fat. and she thinks the only way to get skinny is to not eat. because i gurantee she has tried dieting, but because of the sickness - she doesnt see it working when she looks in the mirror. so th best way is to cut out food all together. she feels guilty when she eats and this makes her feel better about her self because it makes her feel proud that she has will power and control. it sounds silly but its true. sadly, theres not much that you can say to her, that will cur her or make her start eating again. you need to tell someone of this. she may get very angry with you at first, but its the right thing to do, and once shes better she will thank you. i did a speech and poster board about eating disorers. if you want me to send you some pictures and facts that you can show her, things that will happen to her. just email me and i will. i felt compelled to write this because "helping you" said something very ignorant that if i knew that perosn i would probably slap them in the face she is not "Doing this for attention" it is a real disease. and i really admire you for caring so much about her. anyway i hope this helped you and i have some really great things that you can show her.

go to walgreens and get THERA-FLU, i will be honest it is probably the NASTIEST tasting shit youll ever drink, but it works like a CHARM. the box tells you to pour it in a cup with hot water and sip it like tea. but since its so gross, i dont suggest this. i sgugest you pour the powder in a cup, mix with room temperature water. but dont fill the cup up. just a TEENY bit of wter. and chug/down it in a second and chase it wit hsome juice or something. im telling you though - it works like amazing.

you dont apply serum AFTER drying your hair.
use Neutrogena Moisterizing shampoo and conditioner, its pink.
* Shower
* Put Paul Mitchell, gloss drops. one or two drops, depending on lenth of hair. (jewel. 12.00)
* Pin up the top of your hair, and blow dry in sections. do not move on to the next section until the previous section is completley dry. and straight, use round brush, but careful not to curl much unless you wna it that way.
* when hair is dry, pin it up again just as before, only this time STRAIGTHEN in sections. it helps to use a pump hair spray (not aerisole can) and continue straightening so it stays.
it takes a while. but very promising results.
