I'm 15 yrs old, and weigh 141 lbs. It's summer break and I want to lose some weight. I'm very self-consious(sp?) I want to know some good exercises where I can lose some weight from my legs and my ass. I have a fat ass and I don't like it, cuz I'm very self-consious(sp?) So I need some excercises that will help by the middle of August when I go back to school. I'll rate 5's for good and helpfull answers. Thanks!

xxurockxx answered Wednesday June 22 2005, 10:45 pm: swimming is very good exercise. also, eat healthy...carb/calorie counting isnt the way to do it because you will just gain it right back as soon as you stop the diets. if you just get into the habit of eating healthy it will seem normal and you will always do it. the BEST thing to do it DROP THE SODA. drink a ton of water, drink no soda, and exercise. when you drink water you might gain water weight but if u will pee it out and if you exercise you will sweat it out too which will get rid of the water weight. Lunged are great for butt and leg muscles. just do them everyday. remember to eat healthy. if you want you can even set a calorie limit ex- only ea 1200 calories a day or something. some other exercises are biking, and you could go to the gym and use the weight machines for legs there. hope i helped.
