I'm 15 yrs old, and weigh 141 lbs. It's summer break and I want to lose some weight. I'm very self-consious(sp?) I want to know some good exercises where I can lose some weight from my legs and my ass. I have a fat ass and I don't like it, cuz I'm very self-consious(sp?) So I need some excercises that will help by the middle of August when I go back to school. I'll rate 5's for good and helpfull answers. Thanks! (link)

if yu want to lose wheight run(or any arobic exercise) maybe 1 or 2 miles every day
thats what i did in track and i got real thin and lost a bnch of pounds within a month, it also helps yu sleep better when your well exercised and it will make life taste better i've found ,
trust me youll feel so much better once yu get nto good shape

I am in a situation where i know i am eventually going to end up fighting one or maybe 2 people, one is smaller than me and one is bigger, i dont need any paficists telling me not to fight, its unavoidable, can somebody give me some advice on how not to get my ass kicked and preferably to kick theres, im m/15 5 foot 9, and quite strong, just havent been in a real fight before. go for stomach at first until yu can screw them up pretty bad , go fo the big one first caus if yu take him out or at least get him to audibly hint hes in pain OWW ARG EHH or anything like that his little friend will back the f___ off
AGILITY IS KEY
if yu want them to realy not mess with you, once one f them is on the ground try breaking thier elbow by bending it backwards but dont bend after yu hear a crack or yull get charged with excessive force
if yu get up close where your about 1 foot from the guy , use your elbows , they are very strong bones and can dish out the ass kicking realy fast
dont show yur back to either of them if they try to circle you then back up

im in something called ju-jitsu its wrestleing only with sum finer points , like breaking peoples bones in the air standing stting or on the ground once this fight is over try checking the stuff out , i think yull like it

use nair or sum other hair removing stuff
im a guy but i asked oe of my girl freinds what she uses and she says nair wrks but smells like SHIt and eggs

Latelty I've put on a bit of weight.
And too much weight for my liking.
I think I'm becoming somewhat obsessed with the way I look, I've started dressing in dark clothes and baggy jeans to hide what I've put on although I know that you can see it anyway.
It's too hot to wear what I'm wearing when walking home from school and I sometimes feel faint from the heat but if I wear something else, it feels like people are staring at me.
I have thought about not eating but I've heard it can just make matters worse so I just kept excersizing and dieting but it's not working! I've been at it at a month and it isn't working!
I don't want to go to a doctor because they'll send me home saying I'm not overweight which I'm not but I don't like the way I look.
I want to skip meals but then I'm scared it's accidently going to get into my head and it's going to become a regular thing and I don't want that. I'm trying hard not to make myself sick after every meal and I'm trying even harder to actually eat.
I just need advice on how to cope.
I don't want to tell my mom, so please don't suggest it. I honestly don't want to tell anyone I just know I need some help.

well it depends on what type of exercise , theres arobic and anerobic , execise(anerobic) like lifting whieghts or pushups or situps aint gonna do you much except make yu stronger
