Yes, it is safe. If there is a faker on or a scammer, Ebay usually 99.9% of the time pulls the item off and bans the user. Also, if you buy a designer purse or designer clothing and the person claims it to be real, and it comes and it isn`t authentic, you notify Ebay + Paypal and you send the item back and you are refunded =]

If you are the highest bidder, or use BUY IT NOW, you win the item =] You pay for the item on the bid that you won it for [you can put a maximum bid in, which sometimes people will outbid you on and sometimes your low bid will stay the same and not have to go up to your maxiumum bid]. If you don`t win, sometimes the person sends you a Second Chance Offer to buy the item again. You pay for the item + shipping all the time, unless they give you the shipping for free. Buying from other countries is pretty much okay too, just try to get a tracking number and be aware that it takes a while, anywhere from 3 days to 3 or 4 weeks. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT A SELLER`S FEEDBACK AND SEE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAID ABOUT THEIR ITEMS =]

Go to Ebay.com to sign up and they guide you step by step on how to setup your account. If you have any questions on how to bid or how something works, feel free to ask! Hope I`ve Helped ♥

Sure it's safe for you to open an account, You need a credit card. Just don't buy any purses, or anything from anyhone who does not have HIGH FEEDBACK ratings. Because you just might get ripped off. Be careful to check shipping costs, sometimes they price an item low, then sock you with the shipping cost. Try to buy from people located only in the US. And don't go crazy and run up a lot of charges on your card. It is so easy to do. And be prepared to loose because it is an auction and you can be outbid. Sometimes the sellers have more than one of an item, that is a dutch auction, and yo uhave a better chance of getting the item. Good luck to you

Good god why do women need more than one purse?

"Can I borrow some money? I left everything in my other purse!!!"

Just take one! To be honest, you set it down so goddamn often no one really cares if it matches with anything. And if someone comments - take a knife out of your purse and slash their eyes for being superficial idiots.

Get a walmart purse - Or better yet - just carry your shit in your pockets.

There are risks, but thats where people's feedback comes in handy!! Ebayers who sell a lot of stuff have a feedback number.. and by clicking on it you can see if the person is a good seller... if they are you could bid on their stuff.. because most likely they are a good seller.. but if the feedback is mostly negatives.. then you know you wouldnt want to buy something from them. I, myself have an ebay account and I buy stuff on of ebay all the time.. I've gotten all my items and I have never met up with a bad seller!.. although I do always check feedback!

yeah, its completley safe - i mean there ARE risks, as with everything, but 99% of those people on there are just like you. look at the ratings that people leave " good buyer, good seller, " or "bad buyer, bad seller". just sign up and ti gives you step by step instructions, but you almost have to have a credit card / debit card so you can buy things, and sell them. hope i helped.

Yeah,
it's safe. What you do is just sign up and order stuff. You can place bids and stuff. Just be careful because sometimes the things that they sell don;t work or are broken in some way. My grandma bought a PS2 with 51 brand new "unopened" games and when she got it, it turns out that they were all "DEMO" games of game advertisments! It was dumb... make sure you know what your buying really is what you think you're buying!
Best of luck!
Hope I helped!
