Hey everyone! I love listening to music and doing anything fun. I am currently taking dance classes and this is my 5th year. I also play field hockey and like to go running. If you want to loose a little bit around your stomach I suggest sit-ups. They really work. Also if you want to loose weight around your thighs then maybe you could try going for walks or jogging? I'm not sure about the second one but try it and it just might work. Good Luck!

Yes this type of instance is perfectly normal if you just began your period. You have only missed it for a month so it's ok. Some people miss it for longer than that so don't worry. You are perfectly normal.

I would go to the party. There will be other softball games but your friend won't be having another b-day party until next year. What is more important to you? Friendship or softball. Thats what i would do if I were you. Trust me you won't regret going to the party.

Well I been seeing this guy for about two months now and its great...sometimes. what I mean is that we dont always get a chance to see each other and when we do have a chance he goes riding with his boys. Tell him how you feel. Tell him that you would like to spend more time together. If it comes down to this, ask him who is more important to him, his boys or you.

I'm going on a school trip Wed-Fri. and I've got my period the heaviest it's ever been. It's like I have to change my pad every hour. I've never gotten cramps and now I have them really bad. During the trip we are going to make a couple rest stops off the bus. I can't put a pad in my pocket because it will be obvious..This is going to ruin my whole trip! I won't feel well and all my friends are going to have fun. I can't bring medicine either...it isn't allowed. I might have to wear a couple pads at once and like two pairs of underwear until I can quitely try to change it. Please help me get through this because I don't know what to do! I will remember this trip forever too. =/ (link)

What you could do is take a purse with you. Put a few pads or however many you think you need in the purse. When you get to a rest stop change it. Also they make ultra thick pads for people who bleed heavy. Try them. They really work. Good luck and I hope everything works out for the best.

okay ... you see lately my mom has been getting me all these babysitting jobs that i really dont want. i've asked her to stop and she has, but one mother wants my to babysit on a regular basis! she has three kids(2, 4 and 6) and i really cannot handle them. the middle child is pretty good, but the 2 year old cries a lot and the 6 year old is always being mean to the middle one and i cant take it! can someone please help me find a way to tell the mother i cant babysit for her regularly. thanks so much! Just explain to the mother the situation. Tell her that you can't control her kids. Also make sure that you recomend someone else. If your gonna cancel, don't leave her in the dust. Make sure you just tell her the truth. Be nice about it though. If this were me that's what I would do.

I just got braces a week ago and after I came home, I noticed these tiny tiny black spots on my teeth...I tried brushing it off, but they won't come off...Now it's a week later and they're still here..It's not really noticeable unless you look closely but I notice them. You should call your orthadontist and make sure that nothing is wrong. Then see if there is a possible way to get rid of them. Hope I helped and good luck.

Your right. Long distance relationships are difficult but if you two really like each other, then you will make it work. As long as you guys make the attempt then it should all work out. Be prepared to have to work at your relationship because it is long distance. Go with your gut. Remember, everything happens for a reason. Hope I helped and let me know how everything works out.

Get him something related to sports. Maybe tickets to one of his favorite sports teams games. Just think and something will come to you. Your his g/f and probably know him best. If nothing comes to mind then ask his closest freinds and family.

Talk to your dad and tell him how you feel and ask him why he is acting this way. Ask him if their is anything that you or anyone else did to make him act that way to you. Before you talk to him make sure there is nothing that you have done in the past to maybe upset him.

Well, I have in issue with becoming a vegetarian. I really want to, but my family is Greek and they just don't understand why I won't eat perfectly good meat, and if I don't eat it they think I have an eating disorder. I really want to give it up because I love animals and it's a lot healthier, but I'm shy when it comes to telling my parents these things and I don't know if they'd understand. They'd probably make fun of me. What should I do? (link)

Tell your parents how you feel. if they don't understand, tell them all of the reasons as to why you want to be a vegetarian. Before you talk to them make up a list of reasons as to why you want to be a vegetarian. Hope I helped and let me know how everything works out.

If he wears cologne then you could buy him some nice cologne, or you could get him something to do with skateboarding. Like if he needs a new part for his skateboard or clothes with skateboarding logos on it.

Ok, so I went out with this guy, let's say in like November. Well we broke up after about 2 weeks and it was squashed, didn't talk much, started dating other people rather quickly and such. I think you did the right thing. She really needs to depend on herself a little more. There will be a time that she has to depend on herslef and she needs to learn to do so. I think you did the right thing. If she was offended then just explain to her why you said that and your feelings towrds the whole thing.

My dog just ate 4 or 5 thin mint girl scout cookies. In case you don't know what those are, they're cookies with a lot of chocolate. He already finished them by the time I tried to get them away from him. I know that chocolate is very bad for dogs, and I'm really scared.
