Summers Comin How can i loose a few inches fast before summer (Pref. around my stomach and thighs) ? I rate high!

Ok, I too, want to lose lets say some weight around the stomach. I would say work out, do GOOD diates...not BAD ones. or just ignore it, my mom always says "Boys don't always love the skin tight ladies" then I would say that I am too round but then she would say "well I'm round and dad loves me...and I'm rounder than you!" so that always puts me in a good mood! I got to go now, tata!

If you want to loose a little bit around your stomach I suggest sit-ups. They really work. Also if you want to loose weight around your thighs then maybe you could try going for walks or jogging? I'm not sure about the second one but try it and it just might work. Good Luck! ]
you should do the pilates workout. you can go to walmart or some store to get the tapes for the workout. it really works.

Well when wanted to lose 10 pounds before summer i did alot of crunches if you do them every night and morning for 6 weeks you will probley lose some of that fat, also if you want a nice body you HAVE to eat right or all of your exercising will just go down the drain.

I guess you could swim and do some crunches and push ups... You dont have to do a lot of them you just have to do like ten a night and do a few more every night once you can ten with ease! OR go to www.toneteen.com!

Run, its a good way to lose weight, tho i suggest u run alot! ]
Hit hard and heavy on the workout regime. I'm talking about 5-7 times a week. Include lots of exercises that target the stomach and thigh area. Stay away from those sugary and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water and you'll look fabulous in no time!!! It going to be hard but stick with it, remain dedicated, and if you have slip up just pick yourself up and keep striving for what will make you comfortable with your body. Just remember it wont happen over night. ]
