Well, im 5'5 i have brown/blonde curly hair, i love to dance. i have no idea what i want to be when i grow up, hehe. i love giving advice!!!!! iv been threw alot and i love helping people do the right thing ;). advice
SORRY THAT IT'S LONG
Today my friend and I were sitting together in the gym and we were getting in our groups for our graduation trip. We promised each other we'd stay in the group together - just us, we actually even needed 2 more people in the group -since about three months ago. Well, we wanted to be in a group with 3 other girls, but you were only allowed four per group, but they made an acception of five if you really had to. My friend and I asked if we could room with them- they said no - two of the three girls like me.
About 5 minutes later.. she gets called over by them. I'm sitting there by myself talking to other people and she "sends a message down" saying that she's gonna stay in their group. Luckily, I found another friend to room with.
Do I have the right to be pretty ticked off, and if she apologizes or not, should I say it was rude?
i think you have to right to be a little mad, but if you take it to far like talking bad about her and stuff, then its not right. If she apologizes just tell her that you where mad and that she left you hanging.... go from there

ok so after my sweet 16 party we are going swimming in the indoor pool from like 10-11:30 or whatever...problem is..the hotel says a lifeguard must be present? I guess i have to accept this rule being that its the hotel's rule, but would the people there think its lame and not want to stay in the pool being that the lifeguard is there? or do you think they will accept it and still have fun. Answer honestly..if you honestly think they wont like it and would want to leave..tell me.
Im hoping my friends will be ok with it and still have fun swimming and playing music, etc.
If i was going to your party, and there was a lifegaurd i wouldent care. There are alot of things you can still do thats fun. If they dont like it there obviously not your friends.

My best friend & I have known eachother about a year. We have the best times together, have alot in common and even look alike. The problem is she has some bad qualities. She only talks about her problems and thinks they are worse and bigger than anyone else's. She is extremely sensitive and defensive. When I bring any of this up, she flips on me, thinks I'm wrong and being hurtful. It seems like I can never get a word in about my life at all! How do I get her to listen to me for once, without hurting her feelings?
Next time you are talking, just talk about your problems. When she butts in and starts telling you hers, listen. But instead of discussing what she said, go right back to talking about yourself, totally ignoring what she said before. After a few times she will hopefully get the message. She's supposed to be there for you too.

I have alot of friends at school/church/cheer. But no one invites me to do stuff with them on the weekends! I spend my time on the computer cus no one invites me over, what should I do?
I used to have the same problem, until i asked one of my friends why..she said she never invited me over because she wastent sure i would say okay. so what i would do is invite some of them over, and get to know them better, im sure they will invite you over next.

Dont worry about it, if people are giving you bad looks they dont understand. If people ask why you skipped just tell them its none of there buisness or they wouldent understand.

I burnt my finger on the cooker around half an hour ago, ran it under the cold water tap until it stopped hurting and forgot about it. But it's just started to hurt really badly again. I put a cold compress on it and put some antiseptic cream on but it doesn't seem to be stopping the stinging. What can I do?
If i were you i would Get a cold pack and just leave it on there until it gets to cold remove your finger then put it back in the ice pack, the stinging wont go away for a couple days. I would recamend telling one of your parents, it might be a bad burn.

How can i loose a few inches fast before summer (Pref. around my stomach and thighs) ? I rate high!
Well when wanted to lose 10 pounds before summer i did alot of crunches if you do them every night and morning for 6 weeks you will probley lose some of that fat, also if you want a nice body you HAVE to eat right or all of your exercising will just go down the drain.

ok so um me and my friend (we are both girls)have sleep overs all the time and when we do she always puts her leg on me and so i would like rub on her leg and she would rub my boob and when i am in the bed i feel good about it but then when i am out of the bed i hate myself for even thinking of stuff like that and during the day i mean i LOVE guys and then when she sleeps over its a whole different story.......so anyways can u help me i dont understand what is wrong with me!
Theres nothing wrong with you and dont be ashamed most girls want to experiment. You might just be curious, or maybe even bi-sexual. Theres nothing wrong with that. you can have feelings for girls and guys, and maybe your friend feels the same way. Think about how your feelings, and maybe even talk about them with someone you trust.

i skipped all of my workout classes for the past month cause i've been sick. yesterday i came back, worked out SO hard, now my muscles are so sore that i could hardly get out of the bed. i want to know what is the best thing to do (esp. for my legs, they hurt so bad)...
a) rest for the next couple days and do nothing until they feel better
b) keep working the muscles, continue running and conditioning today
c) stretch them?... or what, i dunno.

a,b,c. YOu should Stretch them, but not to much the reason they hurt(as you know) is because you havent worked them for a long time so slowly start working out againg but dont do it so much that you hurt your self. i would also say rest some in between.

Ripped jean eh? well.. Get a pair of OLD jeans that you dont like anymore(just to practice on) get a razor usally from the razor you shave your legs with and rub relly hard until its starts to were down, then take some sissors and cut a LITTLE TINNY hold in it and then take the razor and do it again until your have it good THEN, put it in the wash and then the fabric will come undone better, hope i helped

Well your right whats the point if your gonna break up sooner or later, but what if you really feel something for him, and he feels something for you, its not just gonna be "having fun" maybe hes the one for you. Im so scared ive had this little lump on my head under neath my hair for about a year now.. its where i burnt my head with hair straightners its the size of about nail head the nails you hammer in to wood and stuff. Its hard its not squishy so it cant b a spot!! its red aswell and im scared in case it might be cancer i told my mum about it and she just said oh it will go away!! anyone have an idea what it is? Well its not cancer because cancer is brown spots, Not red. As for the bump you might want to tell your mom how long you've had it for, if it hurts you really need to have it checked out.

i am a 16 yr. old male. i am 6 ft. so i am thinking i dont have much more growing to do. my body is well developed. but anyways...i have developed a hard bump in my left nipple. some people have told me that its from peuberty and they all had it in like middle school. but i find that hard to believe b/c i wasnt a late bloomer or anything. and im just now getting it? is this normal?
It could be normal, but it also could be breast cancer, you should go to the doctors or have your mom check it out.

Hey, I'll be wearing a backless, strapless dress for a wedding and I was wondering if anyone knew any bras or "boob holders" to wear underneath the dress? The back goes pretty low so a strapless bra won't work well, and I'm not liking those adhesive boob tape they sell in stores. Where can I find a product that offers support but doesn't show? I had a pretty bad cold over the weekend, and since then, I haven't had a voice. I've been taking it easy with it, taking medicine and such, but I need my voice back. I'm trying out for choir and I need a voice. Any remedies or medicines that will get my voice back quickly? Please help, I need a miracle. I'll rate for effort.
If i where you i would drink lots of tea with honey.(green tea). and go to your chior teacher and explain why you might not be able to try out. teachers are always understanding. trust me on this. hope i helped.

I have a friend who is heavily into drugs. She isn't doing it to have fun, she is doing it to escape problems in her life. She has had a very difficult life, so it isn't like an emo thing. I am too close to her to help her. I have been through this with her many times. My question is, what can I do to try and get her away from all of the drugs without making her mad at me. Also if there is anything you could suggest, where I could help her, it would be much appreciated. Thank you all so much in advance. This problem has really got me down.
