What can you do to stop the annoying sound of hearing yourself breathe in your ear? Anything? Or you just have to let it go away on it's own?

that sound is really annoying. Somthing could be wrong, like sinus problems or nasal problems. Try breathing through your mouth Instead of you nose, if it doesn't stop see a doctor. Hope I helped.

not to be rude, but if you stop thinking about it, you won't notice it.
