Question Posted Monday April 4 2005, 12:04 am

I don't want to sound weird but my school keeps their heat so high and I sweat alot- I've tried alot of deodorants but it really doesn't help with the horrible heat in the school! It's still a bit brisk outside- does anyone have any ideas on how to stay cool, especially after gym and not to have nasty sweatmarks underneath my arms? Thanks!

well i suggest you see your doctor about it, it may be embarrasing but its the best way to solve your problem there is a excessive sweating deodorant you can get from the pharmacy that works its called dritor or something like that, its works coz my sister used it coz she got sweatmarks all the time even in normal temperatures after 2 days she had no more sweat marks!! so just go buy it from your pharmacy its around 12-20 dollars and it will save you a life time of embarassment

first....try wearing maybe two deoderants....(i recommend secret platinum)and you should get a bunch of you friends or tell your parents to complain to the school board of ed. If the heat is too high a lot of people will get sick. plus, if everyone else is sweating...that's REALLY disgusting....xoxo hope that helps!

If you have a homeroom representative or a president then tell them to tell the principal about it. Or you can tell your teacher. But my best bet it too tell the Janitor to lower the heat. If you want to stay cool id wear shorts and a tank top. Maybe try the spray on deoderant and in the locker room for gym take a paper towel or toilet paper and wipe away the sweat. If its happening during classes then just go to the bathroom and do it.

If you want to stay cool and not have any nasty sweat marks underneath your arms, then I suggest that you buy and use Certain Dri. It's the strongest anti-perspirant that is over the counter and it closes up your sweat pores, making you not sweat. You can get it at your local pharmacy, in the deoderant aisle and it costs less than $10.00, since the price ranges differently at pharmacies. You then just need to put on a regular strong powder deoderant such as one from Dove. To stay cool, just try to drink a lot of water during gym and throughout the day.

Well before and after gym put on deodrant (I heard Certrain Dri works the best and other deodrants are nothing compared to it) and try to drink lots of cold water...because your cooling your body down you know. So bring water bottles and stuff, good luck !
