Question:
From ThirdQED to ThirdQED,
Final Test Completed. Temporary Fixes Applied.
Long links breaks my column layout:
--IE doesn't support Overflow.
**Overflow replaced with word-wrap. Definitely NOT a permanent fix, but it works temporarily for now, until someone suggests a better solution.
Major web browsers' differences in calculating widths:
--IE calculate everything from margins to padding into the total of a property.
--Other major browsers calculate the width of div boxes by taking the width property value PLUS margins, padding and borders.
**Fixed by applying divs within div.
Congrats to myself xD

Question:
Hi, me and my boyfriend were making out out last night and we had sex. I've heard the saying "Poping the Cherry"? What does it mean? And I'm wondering if I'm pregnant becasue "STUFF" is coming out of my boobs. I heard it's called "Laxitating"? I'm only 13, so I feel like a slut..... am I? :(
Another question I have, What is blue waffle disease??? Please help me with these question and thank you... :)
My Answer:
There's no such thing as Blue Waffle disease; it's just another urban legend of the internet. You can go to your school's health teacher or your family's doctor to confirm this.
All right, with that myth out of the way, let's move on to the next topic: your possibility of pregnancy.
-----
Oh wait, we need to explain what "popping the cherry" is, first.
Well, in sexual context, "popping the cherry" basically means "breaking the hymen." The hymen's location is pretty much the same place as the vagina opening.
Most people believe (this belief is wrong, by the way) that it "breaks" at your first penetration by an object (for examples: a penis, a sex toy, etc.)--that's when you see the blood when you first have sex. So an intact (not yet broken) hymen is the proof of purity (a virgin).
Well, that super-duper ancient belief is WRONG! Medically speaking, the hymen can be vary in shape and size, even thickness; one woman's hymen can be different from another woman's hymen. Some women's hymens can be easily tears by riding horse back, stretch, or even by tampons; others might have hymens that are so flexible that it moves aside during penetration. Some may experience pain, while others won't feel anything--not even bleeding.
More information:

You can also have a talk with your teachers or professors who are in the health department.
-----
All right, finally we can move on to your possibility of pregnancy. Oh wait, first, "laxitating," I need to make a few points clear.
What's "laxitating"? Did you mean "lactating"? Lactation also means "'STUFF' is coming out of [the] boob" (quoted you). If you really did mean to say "laxitating," my apology but I've never heard such a word. Sorry for being stupid :-(
I am not very familiar with this breast milk thing myself--never feel curious about it enough to look into it closely. So I don't dare to say for sure because I might be wrong. What I can say is that lactation doesn't just occur out of nowhere. During the pregnancy process, your body does NOT say "Oh look, there's no milk in the breasts! Let's make some!"; it only does this after you have given birth (I've no idea why).
So if you are sure that the "stuff" is supposed to be milk, there's something abnormal (not normal) going on in your body. It doesn't necessarily have to be pregnancy, but it's definitely something abnormal. I suggest you see a doctor if you can.
--
Also, no, if you are honest about the time in which you had sex (which is "last night"), then it's definitely NOT an indication of pregnancy. Heck, the sperm might not have even reached the egg yet, never mind about fertilization.
-----
Now, onto pregnancy, for real this time. :-)
Okay, like I said before, it's still quite early to make any assumption. So I will put it like this:
Scenario #1: You two used one or more kind of protection.
--Depends on what you used. Go here for a list and explanation of most (if not all) of them:
Heath Department, University of Arizona: http://www.health.arizona.edu/health_topics/sexual_health/birthcontrolmethods.html
Scenario #2: He ejaculated (came) inside your MOUTH or ANUS, or you two just had oral sex.
--Zero chance! Unless, UNLESS the sperms ACTUALLY touch the vagina (through second hands, clothes, toys, directly came inside, or whatever), there's no way on the planet Earth for you to get pregnant naturally (key word: naturally).
Scenario #3: He ejaculated (came) CLOSE by but NOT inside your vagina, or he came above your clothings
--Medium chance (still higher than using protections, but lower than ejaculating inside), there's still possibilities though. Pregnancy test is recommended
Scenario #4: He ejaculated (came) INSIDE your vagina and you two did NOT used any kind of protection.
--You have a very high chance of pregnancy--and STI (sexual transmitted infection) as well. Get ready for a pregnancy test!
You can either go to a doctor after six or twelve days after last night for a check, or you could do it at home. To do it at home, go to a local store and buy a home pregnancy test kits (it will check for the presence of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). Wait ONE WEEK after you've missed your supposed-to-happen period (for more accuracy), and use it.
Feel free to ask me more question, but remember that seeing a doctor is still the best option (even if it means your parents will kill you [hyperbolically speaking, of course, not for real]). This is a tough thing to go through, and . . . you know, you might want as much help as possible.
Good luck,
:-)
Question:
My boyfriend and I had sex the other night, and he came on his hand.. and then 5 or 10 mins later he fingerd me..is there a chance that the cum got inside of me ? :///
My Answer:
Extremely small and very, very, very unlikely.
Unless you lied about the time, I don't think you should worry about it and stress yourself out.
I am more worry about how you two had sex though. If you had sex without any protection, then you should be worry. The pre-ejaculation fluid (pre-cum) may carry sperms, which might get you pregnant, not to mention the possibility of STI (sexual transmitted infection).
Now that's something worth worrying about.
Question:
So my boyfriend is 19 years old. For some reason, whenever we try to have sex. He does get hard, but once he puts on the condom... He gets soft again. I asked him if it's because the condom is uncomfortable, and he said it's kind of tight on him. Of course condoms are supposed to be tight. So I constantly have to get him hard again and try to stick it in... But then it got soft inside me. I asked him if he was nervous, he said he's not nervous and he does not know what's going on. So whenever we take off the condom (don't worry, we didn't do it without a condom) he gets hard again. So my guess it's the condom? But I'm not sure. But yesterday, I actually got him inside of me before he got soft again, but.... I couldn't pleasure him as much as I wanted to... (He's shorter than average). I had to be on top just so it can stay in, and once it comes out... It gets soft. So, I have two questions:
What is going on? Is it the condom? And how exactly can I pleasure him when we actually do have sex with a condom? He's the first guy who I heard of that has trouble having sex.... >_
My Answer:
Well, his complaint of "it's kind of tight on him" (quoted you) might be true.
There are multiple sizes for condoms; it's not really a one-size-fits-all kind of things.
I suggest you two try some different sizes to find out. Here are some useful sources:

Question:
Do guys get turned on by different things? I was talking to my boyfriend about sex and what turns him on and he sounded really weird. He said that most "normal" things don't turn him on like seeing boobs or something. He said he really didn't find porn interesting either and likes to get off on other stuff. I don't know what he might be talking about. What other stuff? Is he weird?
My Answer:
Well, he's not weird; not getting turn on by seeing breasts is definitely not weird at all, that's rather typical, in fact.
Do you get turn on by seeing penises? Most likely not, right? It's pretty much the same for us guys. Men are naturally attract to attractive women, but that doesn't mean we easily feel sexual arousal by those attractive features. Connection: some women might be attract to "cool" and handsome men, but that doesn't mean you feel sexual arousal toward them, right? Attraction toward someone is different from "turning on."
-----
About the porn part, there are five (5) possibilities:
---
Possibility #1: He really doesn't like pornography.
Pornography is degrading; it makes women seem like object. It might leads to addictions--addition to porn and addition to masturbation--which might affect the person's life negatively. It might sexualize the viewer's mindset, which intensifies an individual's drive to serve oneself, rather than serve others (namely his significant other). Etc., etc., including but not limited religious matters as well.
He might have all of these drilled into his mind (or he might be a religious person) and thus stay away from pornography--a wise definition, I must say.
(**Note: I used "might," not "will." So to the pro-pornography out there, no need to kill me :-).)
---
Possibility #2: He's either homosexual (gay) or asexual (no desire for sex).
He's going out with you so we should discard this possibility.
---
Possibility #3: He likes only one of the two types of pornography
(**Note: Oh, and no, the followings didn't come from an in-depth porn knowledge, please don't misunderstand and get me fire from my current job [which pays pretty well], hahaha.)
1. Static non-action: the one where the women just shows their body and do nothing else.
2. In action: the one where the women actually having or performing sexual intercourse or oral sex.
He might be the type to get turn on only by the second type, assuming that the women in that in around his age. Believe it or not, most men (except the ones with the fetish) don't like to see older women in action.
---
Possibility #4: He likes hentai!
In the USA (and other western countries), hentai refers to animated pornography (or anime porn, for short). Ever watch anime (Japanese animation)? What differentiate hentai from normal real-people porn are:
1. it doesn't involve real human, just animated drawn characters, and
2. it seeks to shoot straight into men's (should I say perverted men?) ideals of the perfect sex partner (some even attempt to fill the ideals of women); so there are all kind of hentai out there, for all types of people and fetishes.
---
Possibility #5: He likes real action.
C'mon, self-explanatory here. Real sex is definitely better than pornography.
---
Anyhow, I don't know which one he belongs to. You might as well ask him. My suggestion is . . . please, please, please don't "assume." Assume spells as "ass/u/me"--when you assume, you make an "ass" out of "u" and "me" (him and you, in this case, hehehe).
On the serious side, I hope that you won't judge him by what he likes and will openly accept some of his weirdness. Well, most of us are weird. Dig out your darkest secrets and let's see whether he or she is weirder.
Good luck!
:-)
Question:
I've been with my boyfriend for more than a year and I love him a whole lot. We started having sex a long time ago (like 2 months into our relationship) and I think we're really strong together. We have really great sex but there is just one problem...
He never does cum inside me. NEVER!
I'm on birth control pills and he always insists on using a condom. I really want him to just do it though. It's almost like I have this weird craving for it. Every time we have sex I am thinking about it and how good it would feel. I have never had it done though so it isn't like I REALLY know it would feel good. It's a weird feeling I guess but I want it so bad.
I'm already on BC pills so it isn't like I'd get pregnant or something. How can I convince him to stop using condoms?
15&aLady
My Answer:
I support his decision because of 3 reasons:
1. You would not be able to feel anything if he ejaculate inside anyway--most women don't feel anything at all, until it "leaks" out.
2. He might have his own reasons. You should ask him about it first and try to understand it, for after all, you two are a couples for quite a time already.
3. Birth control pills have about 3% of failure rate for typical use, so that means it is not completely safe.
Sources for failure rate of birth control methods:
Heath Department, University of Arizona: http://www.health.arizona.edu/health_topics/sexual_health/birthcontrolmethods.html
Student Wellness Center, University of California, David: http://healthcenter.ucdavis.edu/topics/contraception/efficacy.html
Health Education Center, University of California, Irvine: http://www.health.uci.edu/sexualhealth/bcmethods.aspx
-----
How can you convince him? Well, if even after reading all those three reasons above you still want him to do that, then I suggest you have a talk with him about this. In that talk, constantly push the matter of "why he wouldn't cum in you." Eventually it'll come to a point when he's just annoy by it and will react. How would he react? I have no idea.
Good luck,
:-)
Question:
My boyfriend and i have been together for 8 months now and been lving together for almost 5 months. We have sex several times a week, and use the pull out method. I started birthcontrol in the beginning of April, so i have been on it for a little more than a month. Last night my boyfriend decided to cum inside of me. I didnt think it was wrong because i am on birthcontrol. But now he is scared that i am preg. What can i do if i am cummed in again. And what is the chance that i am preg.?
My Answer:
Firstly, the "pull-out" (or coitus interruptus) method leaves you at a 20% possible chance of pregnancy, and 0% protection against STIs. The reason is because the pre-cum (pre-ejaculate fluid) CAN contain sperms, too.
From the Sociology Department of UCSB* [ http://www.soc.ucsb.edu/sexinfo/article/withdrawal ]:
"Before ejaculation, almost all men secrete a small amount of fluid from their Cowper's Gland. This fluid can contain enough sperm to impregnate a female and transmit sexually transmitted diseases!"
*UCSB = University of California, Santa Barbara
---------------------------
Secondly, "the pills" (or oral contraceptives) is 92% to 99% effective most of the time--depending on typical use or perfect use. So it is fairly safe, as far as prevention of pregnancy goes, but it provides no protection against STIs (Sexual Transmitted Infections)

Question:
Okay well my Boyfriend takes drugs..Sometimes he does ecstasy but he usually just does Prescription drugs like Oxycontin and Valium. I know they aren't dangerous if you're taking them for valid reasons, but most of the time his reasons aren't valid.
He's only ever taken them as a pill but now he thinks snorting them would be fun and he's stubborn so no matter what I tell him about the drug, he doesn't think it's dangerous. He also gets strong pain relief drugs and he takes up to 24 of them in one night. And that's only because only 24 comes in 1 packet, so if he had more he'd take them..And most of the time, he gets the drugs from his mother because she too likes to make up pain symptoms to the doctor to get them.
I know the doctor who gives them to him or his mother, because I have the same doctor but he doesn't know who my boyfriend is.
I don't know what to do. I've heard so much about people taking presciption drugs and getting addicted to them and I'm worried my boyfriend will overdose without realizing it.
My Answer:
Well, let's go through the obvious ones first. If he keeps doing what he is doing now, then:
1. Drug rehab facilities and and drug treatment centers are waiting for him.
2. You mentioned Oxycontin, which is a pain reliever, and Valium, which is also a type of pain reliever (it's also used to treat anxiety disorders) . . . and then you mentioned that he is taking strong pain relievers up to 24 at once . . . and that you are worry that your boyfriend will overdose without realizing it, correct?
Well, you don't have to worry about that any more because he's ALREADY overdosed.
And yes, surely overdosing and abusing prescription drugs is harmful. Let's use Oxycontin as an example. You surely know about "morphine," right? Oxycontin is similar to morphine. Its effect is around 5 to 12 hours (sorry, I don't really remember for sure), but anyway, abusing it might cause serious respiratory depression and lower blood pressure as well as heart rate. His engines won't be able to run very long with that, if you know what I mean.
My apology if I sound cruel and rude, but he's onward to the hospital in a few years or months (depending on how long he has been abusing those strong pain relievers) if he doesn't stop soon.
--------------------------
And here's the bad news, I am pretty sure that he's already at the ADDICTED point.
Wait, don't even think about forcing him to immediately quit, because he simply cannot. It's sort of like quitting smoking or some other illegal drugs--the withdrawal symptoms would be very, very, very difficult to deal with.
You mentioned that you know the doctor, so I suggest you to first talk to that doctor, because he should know what you should do.
Nevertheless, it's time to be a little harsh on him now. If you really do worry about his health, stop him. Your relationship with him might take a worse turn but . . . at the very least, you are doing something that you know that you will not regret later.
--------------------------
Maybe you want to read these articles:
A webpage of the National Institutes of Health, NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse)

And finally:

---------------------------------
By the way, just a side note, you might want to watch out for his mouth, because he might be lying more frequent than usual (due to an undesired part of the side effect of the drugs).
Good luck,

Question:
I ejected (Remove Hardware) my USB stick from my computer. Then this big virus attack happened and to eep it short, my desktop trned green and in big fat letters it says YOU HAVE BN TAKEN OVR BY A VIRUS.
Well anyway, I quicky took out my USB stick. It's ejected from the computer, (so if you click on My Computer you'd see that it isn't there) but it was still plugged into my computer.
Would the virus have gne into the USB stick or no?
I had to take my comuter to a computer expert and I'll be geting my computer back tomorrow and I paid A LOT of money to get it fixed, but my project is in my USB stick and...after paying that much money, I don't want a virus coming back into my computer!
But techniquely it wasn't in my cmputer, so wuld it have goten the virus transferred?
My Answer:
To answer your main question: YES, malwares can infect your USB flash drive and spread to your computer.
Or, if you plug your USB flash drive into an infected system (for example: a computer with virus/worm/spyware/etc. on it) then the malware could have spread to your USB flash drive.
Malware (malicious software) includes viruses, worms, trojan horses, rootkits, spyware, adware, etc., basically any unwanted softwares that cause you unwanted troubles.
-------------------------------
Now, to your computer's problem:
Judging from your computer's condition (according to the information that you've provided), if you have paid "A LOT of money to get it fixed," then you most likely have been "RIPPED OFF a lot of money."
That was NOT a virus; that was probably an ADWARE (some types of adware can be consider as spyware).
I suggest that you try to talk to the ones who were trying to fix your computer and have them lower the price, because removing adwares and spywares isn't very difficult--anyone can do it, even if they know very little about computer.
-------------------------------
As for your USB flash drive, I suggest you take it to someone who knows something about computer to check it, perhaps your computer teacher would be a good candidate.
Manually detecting and removing malware from a USB flash drive is A LOT easier than from an entire computer, because the USB flash drive has a lot less memory than a computer's hard drive. I've done it many times to my friends as well as my teachers; it's very simple. For a 2 GB USB stick with less than 10 directories, it shouldn't take more than 5 or 10 minutes at the slowest.
There are ways for you to do it yourself, too, but you did say that you don't want to risk it so I suppose the best solution is to have someone else check it for you.
---------------------------------
One question though, do you have any anti-virus and anti-spyware software on your computer?
If not, then I suggest you get one. If you don't have the money, don't worry, there are some good free ones out there that you can get. I can suggest a few, if you would preferred.
Hope this helps,
DelusiveVision92 :-)
Question:
how can one remove album art from mp3s? it keeps showing up on windows media player
i have windows vista and wmp version 11
My Answer:
Download Mp3tag from http://www.mp3tag.de/en/
Once you have downloaded and installed Mp3tag, open the program and choose the folder where all of your music files are (File--->Add Directory).
Mp3tag has a very simple and clean interface so I don't think that you will have any trouble finding your ways around, so I suggest you play around with it for around five to ten minutes and get use to it.
And here's a screenshot of what you suppose to do: http://i954.photobucket.com/albums/ae22/Ng2491/Screenshots/Mp3tagAlbumArtv01a.png
-------------------------------------------
Also, as you may have already notice, Mp3tag also supports online Amazon, freedb, MusicBrainz and other database look-ups, allowing you to auto tag and embed multiple images for album covers. So that may be something that will turn out useful for you.
Hope this helps,
Ng2491 :-)
Question:
My computer doesn't have the ability to open zip files, so what's a free download I can use that WONT give me any spam or viruses?
Also, how would I use it?
I need something to open zip files of Custon Content I download for The Sims 3.
My Answer:
I recommend you to use
7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org/
It is fairly simple to use and fast. For most average users, 7-zip will satisfy 99% of their file-archiving needs. It is better than Winzip, in my opinion.
Another one that I would recommend is
WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
It's a shareware, but with unlimited trial; WinRAR will keep asking you to buy the full version but it will not working so basically it's free with advertisement. Unless you are planning to creating RAR achieves, you won't need WinRAR--7-zip will be all you need (7-zip can open and extract RAR achieves, but it cannot create RAR achieves). =)
Question:
Which of these sentence s(if any) are grammatically correct?
"I like people who buy me things"
"I like people that buy me things"
I have issues when it comes to "who" / "that" in a sentence. I really don't know when you use which. :\
My Answer:
Both sentences are correct in standard English, though in this case, "who" would be better.
Well, some people would argue that we use "who" when we are talking about people,
and we use "that" when we are talking about groups, objects, or things.
For examples:
1. I like the girl who helped me.
2. I like the team that won last night.
But there isn't really a definite rule to this. You will just have to go with whichever fit your sentence the best.

Everyone is always talking about the hymen or "cherry" but I don't have a clue where mine is! What is the location of the hymen exactly?
Thank you for making me feel less stupid. :)

Same place as vagina opening.
Question:
Someone told me that if I gave head and swallowed cum I could get throat cancer! Isd this really true? Please! Could someone with some real knowledge and experience and NO throat cancer answer me? I guess if you have it then you should tell me too. I am SO worried! :(
My Answer:
Yes, it IS TRUE, and definitely NOT a myth, though it may be in an indirect way.
And it is not just swallowing alone, it is the risk that you take when you conduct oral sex with your partner, regardless of whether you swallowing the "cum" or not.
The risk of getting a oropharyngeal cancer (which include tumors of the throat, tonsils, and base of the tongue) through oral sex is linked to HPV (Human papillomavirus), a sexually transmitted disease that increases the chance of contracting cervical cancer in women.
In simpler terms, you might get HPV, which is a type of STD, which increases the chances of getting cervical/throat cancer.
"American Cancer Society Chief Medical Officer Otis Brawley, MD, said as many as half of the oropharyngeal cancers diagnosed today appear to be caused by HPV infection."

Question:
is it:
- "a unique" or "an unique"?
- "an year" or "a year"?
citing any other weird ones would be appreciated too
My Answer:
"A year" is correct.
--When the letter "y" is the first letter of a syllable that has more than one letter, it is treated as a consonant (other than that, it is always a vowel).
"A unique" is correct.
--When the letter "u" makes the same sound as the letter "y," it is treated as y. (But then if the "u" sounds like a vowel, then use "an" [for example, "an understanding].)
---------------------------------------
A few other weird ones? Hmm, let's see:
"A one-round match"
--When the letter "o" makes the same sound as the letter "w," it is treated as w ("w^n").
"An hour"
--When the letter "h" is not sounded (mute), which makes the word sounds like it starts with a vowel, use "an."
"An X-ray"
--When the word starts with a vowel sound, use "an," even if it starts with a consonant (in this case, it sounds like "ex-ray").
--This is perhaps the most complicated one. For example, you would say "an MRI" because the first sound that the word makes sounded like a vowel (em-ar-eye). But then if you were to write it out--Magnetic Resonance Imaging--you would use "a" instead ("a magnetic resonance imaging").

Question:
Bare with me since i'm clueless about computers
I want to uninstall Windows Media Player and reinstall it or get a better version but when i went into control panel it wasn't there where would it be located?
I tried installing a version of it but then a message came up that i don't understand here it is
There is a more recent version of Windows Media Player already installed on your computer it is not possible to use a older installation package
to install files or to repair your current version of the player
^ What exactly does that mean? I really need to uninstall it am i not able to?
To whoever answers my question please explain
it the easiest way possible since i'm not very good with computers :)
My Answer:
"There is a more recent version of Windows Media Player already installed on your computer it is not possible to use a older installation package" . . . means that the version you have on your computer right now is NEWER than the version that you are trying to install.
For example, you have version 11 on your computer, but you are trying to install version 9; that's what the message means.
--------------------------------------
Currently (as of today), the latest version of WMP is 12, but that's only available on Windows 7. If you have Windows Vista or Windows XP, the latest version is 11. The best version of all is WMP 12.
See this page for more information: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/versions.aspx
---------------------------------------
If you have Window Media Player version 10, you should be able to find it in "Control Panel" ---> "Programs and Features." But since you did not find it there, my guess is that you have Windows Media Player version 11.
If you are using Windows XP, then here is how you uninstall it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934372
If you are using Windows Vista, then you are out of luck. You cannot completely remove Windows Media Player 11 out of Windows Vista because Microsoft made it part of the OS. Well, you can, but unless you are an advanced user, don't do it, because it could potentially cause some problems.
If you have Windows 7 and want to remove Windows Media Player 12, it's the same case as above--don't do it. Taking over ownership of important system files and editing registry aren't something an average user should do.

Question:
how do i get powerpoint for macs for free
My Answer:
If you have the money, you can just buy a MAC version of MS Office (Microsoft Office): http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/Office2008/default.mspx
Or you can buy iWork, which is the MAC Office Suit (it includes three main programs: Pages, Numbers, and Keynotes): http://www.apple.com/iwork/
Now, if you to legally obtain Word, Excel, PowerPoint and some other stuffs of the office suit for free (again, this is legally), you can download and install OpenOffice from here: http://www.openoffice.org/
OpenOffice's layout is different from MS Office, but you should not have any problem with opening MS Office files and your files will be readable by MS Office, too. Additionally, you can further extend the usability of OpenOffice by downloading more extensions: http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/
Also, if you want MS Office or iWork for free illegally, no one on here can tell you, whether he or she know how or not, because that would be illegal and we will get into trouble. So good luck with that.
