Ok the deal is that there is a dance this friday and me and sum of my friends are going to eat afterwards, but this one kid is coming that me and my friend just cant stand!! He is SO immature and is always acting like a 10 year old, we have tried everything to keep him from going be we have run outta ideas, then, I found out that he had ISS and never told his mom, i was gonna call and tell his mom but i got him insted, so now i cant. And now the other guy thats going with us dosnt want him going either. Please give me some advice to keep him from going with us!!!!!

Ok why cant you just tell this kid that you dont want him to go? It would be a lot easier to just hurt his feelings and brush him off. Then he will be to scared to show his face in front of you or even sit at the same table with you, simply because he will be intimidated by your authority. Calling his mother and all this crap that you are trying to do just takes to much energy. It is much simpler just to tell him off.... Hope I have helped.

To put this in simplest terms, BREAK UP WITH HIM!!!! He is obviously not the right guy for you. What gives him the right to pressure you for sex. Is it just because you had sex with your very first boyfriend or something. Sounds to me like he is trying to compete against something that he cant. And obviously he is emotionally abusive if he cusses you out on the phone which is not helping his case in any way. You dont have to put up with this.

Okay last night my best friend dylan called me up and we started talking. He told me that his mom wants to put him in rehab bc she found an empty bottle of tekila in his bedroom and the night she found it, he came home drunk. He and I dont see eachother or talk as much as we used to but I know that he smoked weed and drinks. I just dont kno how much he does it. He really worrys me when he tells me things like this and I think that he needs to get checked into rehab or go to a clinic or something. I really am worried about him and IDK how to confront him about what he is doing. I love him and want to help him out, what do I do? (link)

Does he drink every day of his life or something? Although I dont support drug use or alcohol use by minors, I must admit that kids will be kids. It is a natural phase of a teenagers life to try and exsplore new things. If he drinks every day of his life than yeah he needs to deffinitly be checked into some kind of center, however if hes just doing it on the weekends with his friends, whats wrong with that? Lots of teenagers do such things. As long as he is not drinking and driving or any dangerouse act like that. This is the way I see it if hes exsperimenting with drugs and alcohol now when he turns 21 it wont be so bad it will be just another birthday to him. I dont know how much this kid drinks or uses drugs or whatever but I hope that you and this kids mother are not taking things to literally.

The facts are as follows, She is still your relative reguardless of how far down the family tree she is, there is nothing genetically wrong with it. However it is still not considered a social norm its more in the taboo category if you are going to do it dont exspect a lot of support from the family. Your parents should be glad that you have a condom on you at all times. I mean at least your not like some of the stupid girls in the world. getting knocked up and blaming it on the guy when its as much their fault as it is his. Just exsplain to your parents that you obviously have a boyfriend and you are keeping the condom with you just in case. Thats so horrible but chill out. Everyone says things that they dont realize untill they say them. On the other side you obviously meant what you said otherwise you would not have said it. Things will work out and you will get your date im sure. However even if the guy you want to ask you does not I would not go with corey anyway. It gives him the wrong idea about being friends. Well i have a boyfriend that ive been with for almost 6 months but ive known him for 5 years. He is a very jealous guy because that is the way he was brought up he is very sweet and loves to buy me things! I have another guy who is very nice and sweet also. LIke last week i went to his house and he had a cute teddy bear for me, when i talk to him on the phone he talks to me like he's known me for ever. Sounds to me like you have already fallen for this guy.. Not to mention in my opinion and im sure im not the only one, but this in my book is considered cheating. If I was you id choose quick or most likely you will loose them both. You have history with the first guy however you are deceiving him by doing what you are doing let him go.

I was recently terminated from a company. In my job search I've been saying I'm currently still employed. I've received an offer from another company and during the background check it has been revealed that I am no longer employed. Onmy application it says NOT to contact my current employer. So how did they find out? Was it a social security report? If so, what does this social security report state? Finally, how do I handle this so they don't recind the offer?

First of all why would you put on your application do not contact my employer??? Is it not known to anyone in the world that your employer can not tell what ever company you are applying to anything about you or the work that you have done? The only thing that the company can say is if they would ever hire you again that is it can not give any reason or any other information. SO what was your reason for lying. Did you do something bad to get terminated?? I do hope however that everything works out for you.

I work at an arcade. I was your basic level grunt for a while: Did all the cleaning and such. Then I started getting more into repairs. Then my boss started to trust me with bigger responsibilities. I always carry two important keys with me on the same keychain with my keys for my car, home, etc: The key to the building, and the key to all the machines. I know the passcode to the security system, and have full access to the register, change machine, basically anything to do with money. I know exactly how much money the business makes, how much goes towards expenses, and how much each individual machine makes. I am trusted to run the place myself on several days of the week. That, my friend, is a LOT of trust that has been placed into me.
I started working there in Summer of 2003, so it's been about a year and a half by now. My starting pay was $6 an hour, and I was paid in cash right after the work day. If I worked for 4 hours, I'd take $24 out of the register and go home. No taxes to deal with or anything. Nice huh? But now I have been promoted to Assistant Manager. Now I am an offical employee. I will be paid on Mondays with a check, taxes taken out. The thing is, I'm going to get a raise, but I am to decide what it should be. Help me out.
Take these factors: I have worked there for a year and a half for the same pay, taxes are now being taken out, and I have to do so much more work than I used to. My pay has to be about $6.50 or $6.75 just to receive the same pay, because of taxes now. So what should I ask for? I hate to have made this so long, but there are a lot of factors at work here. how can i stop excess sweating under my arms? Everyday when i go to school, i always have huge wet circles under my arms by first period. I usually have to wear sweatshirts or something thicker than a regular t;shirt or long sleeve shirt.Every deodorant or anti-perspirant I use it doesn't work at all!!! Please help me!?

Dont let these emotions overcome the person you are. What kind of signals are you noticing? There is not much of a boundary between friendship signals and flirting signals not these days at least. All I know is that if you let it be completely clear that you like him either he will accept because he is gay as well or you will loose him as a friend because you misinterpreted these "signals". Just dont jump to conclusions. Ive seen it happen.

sounds to me like your boyfriend is only thinking about himself. His terms and only his terms he obviously has all the power in your relationship. My advice is either let him go or tell him exactly how you feel and let him know its your way or the highway youve put up with this long enough.

why would you hurt yourself because you want to get ungrounded? Like that will help. Eventually your body will completely be striped of all nurtrients and you will end up in the hospital probably in the chrisis ward and thats worse than groundment. So if I was you I would eat something. Good luck.
