iunno why i'm late for most things because i sleep in. i get like 10 hours of sleep a day or i need 10 hours of sleep a day if i dunget 10 hours i sleep in so i get 10 hours. how can i make myself wake up without stalling and needing more sleep?
If you have an alarm clock, keep it on don't hit the snooze button and turn it up loud it will wake you up. but it could be because of your sleeping schedule, change your schedule like got to bed at 9 and get up at six, force yourself to do that. IHIH* Kaitlyn
ew... ya, this is gross, but, im 14 and a girl. Ok, I kinda sweat a lot... its weird because noone else in my family has had this problem. No matter what shirt I wear, I always get like sweat circles under my arm-pits, so I ALWAYS wear hoodies. Even in gym, we have uniforms, and theyre extremely thick, and I still sweat through it! I've tried like everything! Wearing 2 shirts just makes it worse, and anti-persperent doesnt work either. I also usually put deodorant on, and on the inside and outside of my shirt where I sweat! ITS SO EMBARRASSING!! I told my mom, and she laughed. I really need help with this one, any tips or any reccommendations are appreciated!!
There is a special Kind of deodorent you can use its prescription. My dance teacher uses it because she has the same prblem. It will bring down the sweating alot, if your mom laughed jusr say its really embarrissing and serious so ask her to bring you to the doctor..IHIH* Kaitlyn

ok my dad is like a total complete jerk! he doesnt let me do anything! i havent been to school at all this week because i have contusions all over my left leg and theres blood in them and yeah well it hurts badly..and latelys hes been threatening me "were going to move if you dont go to school" blah blah blah and it doesnt scare me or anything because i know hes all talk but i mean how am i supposed to go to school if i can barely walk?? how can i explain to my dad that its hard to go to school if my legs are hurting so bad i cant walk? and oh yeah that the idea of moving doesnt sound half bad? because it really doesnt it could be a good experiance to get away. well one of my best friend john has recently told me i've changed and we just entered high school and i dont think i have changed. i think i have just found a new group of friends that i like and i hang out with and i dont doubt that they rubbed off on me, but i told him ill try to act the same around him but now it seems like he thinks hes my boss. he treats me rude and disrespectfully and acts like im nothing to him anymore, and ive done nothing but be nice to him..i've invited him places and try to talk to him but all he does is shut me down and im like one second away from yelling at him because i dont think i deserve him yelling at me. what should i do? i think if i approach him he'll just yell at me saying i've changed. -14 female

im 14 and ive been going out with my boyfriend for 3 weeks now. it'll be exactly a month on valentines day. he's the sweetest guy i could ever know, and i know he'd never do anything to hurt me. he's so sweet in fact that he texted me last night to ask if it would be ok for him ti kiss me on valentines day. we're going ot watch the sunset in the park overlooking the city, it should be really pretty.
in theory, it should be the perfect evening, but im terrified. ive never kissed a guy before, so im really scared about my first kiss. and i like him so much, i really dont want to mess this up. everyones told me it'll be fine if i relax and enjoy it, but im scared that i wont enjoy it! i mean, what if we kiss and its horrible? what do i do then? and what if i screw it up completely?

Aww.Thats really sweet! Well, about this first kiss thing don't be so nervous hun! It will all work out great, it won't screw anything up. especially if its going to be that romantic. Kissing is not really anything you can screw up. Okay, I know this guy that I think I like but I'm not sure if he likes me. He's always flirting with me one day, and then the next day he's just ignoring me and talking to somebody else (or sleeping in class). i went to a club saturday and like there was this guy there that i knew lets call him joey well his nefu my ex wesley he went to and he dumped this girl lets call her corey he did it at the club to and so joey told me to go talk to her and she was in the bathroom so i went in my friend holly followed me and i told her joey told me to come in her to talk to that girl the girl started screaming at me and then she had an asma attack and i just cant forget about it because she was so angry at me plz help

I've heard that if you go on a diet that restricts food intake or doesn't have the right nutrition, that when you go back to normal eating, you will gain back all the weight PLUS more. The gaining back all the weight makes sense, but what is it that makes you gain more? Just curious.

I'm a 16 year old female in high school who likes a guy whos's also in high school. We've talked on the phone and spent a little time together. I thought things were going really well. He never really called me, I mostly called him. For the past 3 days I tried to call and he wouldn't pick up so I left a message telling him to call me back. He never called back and wouldn't pick up when I called from my phone but when I called from a different number he picked up. I asked him if he wanted me to leave me alone and he said no. What do I do? I really like him and I thought he liked me, but now I'm not so sure. What do I do? Do I leave him alone and try to forget about him or do I confront him? If so then what do I say? I'm desperate. please help me!
