iunno why i'm late for most things because i sleep in. i get like 10 hours of sleep a day or i need 10 hours of sleep a day if i dunget 10 hours i sleep in so i get 10 hours. how can i make myself wake up without stalling and needing more sleep?
Trust me. Cut back your sleep times to 8 hours or less. Keep a normal schedule, wake up at the same time each day, and try to go to bed around the same time each night.
Put your alarm clock across the room, so that you have to get up and walk over in order to turn it off, and then immediately take a shower. Perhaps a cool shower instead of a hot shower will wake you up more.

Try drinking coffee in the morning or just rinse your face with cold water; that always helps me, since I can't wake up in the morning too. Try going to bed earlier and it will help. Hope I helped :)

Just put up and alarm for an earlier time. Maybe to your cd if you can. Try for the alarm not to be right by your bed so you just don't hit it to stop. Then make coffee or wash your face to try and get up. If ten hours is what you need then make sure you go to bed at a time that you know you will get up 10 hours later. BeautifulMadness answered Tuesday February 15 2005, 5:11 pm: I dunno about anyone else, but I always feel better if I wake up naturally - unfortunately, you probably can't do that when you need to be somewhere, lol!! Try setting your alarm clock half an hour early so you still have time to laze in bed and wake up without being late!! You could set your alarm to go off every ten minutes as well, or get your friends/parents to come in and put your favourite (happy/cheerful/loud) song on to wake you up! You could even set your alarm to the radio, so the radio comes on instead of that awful buzzing sound. Maybe set two or three alarms?
Maybe you could get a really nice breakfast cereal so you want to get up and eat it? And try going to bed earlier :)
Blessed Be,
