I've heard that if you go on a diet that restricts food intake or doesn't have the right nutrition, that when you go back to normal eating, you will gain back all the weight PLUS more. The gaining back all the weight makes sense, but what is it that makes you gain more? Just curious.

Trust me, I know, I used to be anorexic, and I sure did gain back all the weight plus more :-( Lately I've been trying to lose it, good luck to me ;). But that's pretty much it, your metabolism gets used to you eating less, so it stays at that pace, and once it slows, I don't think your metabolism gets fastser, so it's just your stupid metabolism...
