my period is really heavy like the first 3 days! well i dont care during the day because i wear tampons but at night i wear pads. i usually have to wear like 4 seriously big pads because its so heavy at night and sometimes that even leaks through! i heard that wearing a tampon for a long time like overnight is bad for you and you are at higher risk for that TSS or whatever! soo is it? or what should i do? im even on birth control lol and im 16/f. and thats why i went on birth control because i thought it would help my heavy flow but it doesnt seem to work. wear a tampon at night. if you get 8 hours of sleep, its ok. otherwise get up in the middle of the night to take it out. your probably like god that suckks but it only takes about 2 minutes, and you should be back to sleep in 10-20. so 10 minutes to avoid leakage, AND tss, its good

it CAN cost money. basically, wen you sign up, you get 1000 credits, and those are used to buy buy the items like hair and shirts etc. you can buy more credits, (i think its 10 dollars for 10,000 creds) so that you can buy like shoes, pets, accesories, pretty much eveyrhting. you have to download it, and if you dont want it, you can juts uninstall it

oh i have it its awesome! i dont really use it, because not many people hvae it.. yet! itll probably be popular in a few months (i think) basically, you its the same thing as AIM, but you can dress up a person and change their hairstyles and such.

I'm 13 years old and I'm about 5'4. I once heard that if you're 5 feet tall, your supossed to weigh 100 pounds, and for every inch after that, it's another 5 pounds. Well, that would mean that I'm suposed to weigh about 120 pounds, but i only weigh 95. Does this mean I'm 25 pounds UNDERweight? It seems that if I gained 25 pounds, I'd be looking near obese. nooo! thats fucked up. they just say that because the AVERAGe american is that, but you need to remember, that there are a lot of fat people that mess up averages. but 5'4 and only 95? thats probablylike 5 pounds underwiehgt, but i wouldnt worry about it :)

My dad is mad at me because I bought a bathing suit that cost $35. It was really good quality and material, and it's the one I've been wanting for a month now! It's really pretty and I don't have ANY other bathing suits that fit me. I think $35 for both pieces is cheap considering at American Eagle they are much more then that. Do you think it's a good price? My dad flipped out on me! He said to go to Walmart and get $10 ones, but personally I think all the clothes at Walmart are crap and they arn't even worth $15 ! How do I explain that $35 is a good price for a bathing suit, and even though Walmart's is cheaper, it's not good quality. well, this may not be the answer that you want to hear, but you should lose a little bit of wiegiht. ballerinas need to be light (like around 110 pounds at 14 y.o) but that doesnt mean go anorexic, jsut start eating healthier and doing more excersizes. unless a lot of you weight is muscle weight, youll need to lose about 15-30 pounds :(

Ok, so I got my first period in April of this year, and it was regular for April and May (I start on the 9th). But in June I didn't start untill around the 20th and it was very irregualr. i jsut said this to someone else, but periods take 2-3 years to get normalized. and you first 6 months to a year, its pretty crazyy! you could have one in two weeks after it ends, or in another 4 months.
