tetanus shot
i have to get a tetanus shot in a couple days to go to mexico. ive heard a lot of things that it really hurts. im 16, how bad does it hurt?

i'd say it hurts just a little bit more then a regular shot. but it's not too bad.. and the feeling only lasts a little while.

for me, it felt like someone punched me in the arm but it wasn't that bad. And the pain didn't last very long either. You'll be fine. Don't worry about it!

I don't think they hurt that bad. But hey, that's me. It will probably hurt but I don't know you so I can't tell you how bad. I hear it hurts but shots never bothered me so I don't know, brace yourself and think of a...happy place?

i would say that one is the worst. the needle itself is really small but it burns
like it feels like you are getting stung by a bee then its sore for a day or two.
i would recommend if you dont like getting shots maybe rub that area in icy hot before or bring some tylonol with you

they hurt a bit more than a regular shot, but theyre not like OMG this hurts soo much

They hurt worse than a regular shot, about three times worse, but it doesn't hurt after that. Have fun in Mexico!

it's like a little pinch and whalaa you're done!! but my friend passed out during hers lol...she just has a fear of needles though but you have nothing to worry about!!!

I hae shots. When I was little, I would run around the room screaming, & telling them they couldn't touch me. They had to get like 4 nurses in there, to make me stay still. I found out, that it hardly hurts at all. Espically, if you don't watch. So, just look the other way. When I got my one tetanus shot, I just looked the other way, & I was like waiting for it to be over, & she was just looking at me for like a minute & shes like "Okay, its over" I didn't even realize it.The first one I got, it hurt a little. Its just a little more then a pinch. It shouldn't be a big deal for you, if your 16. =) Hope that helped! bye.

Nope it does not hurt an enormous amount. It will be fine, maybe a little sorness for a day-ish. No worries!! Have fun in Mexico

I'm a guy 13 who cryed when got my shot but i didn't feel and I got worked for nothing. Women much then men according to me.
It won't hurt if you don't look and it just goes in and out the funny was is that I asked when put it in and she was already had it done...

No. They dont hurt very much. Like a pinch, if that, afterwards though my arm was pretty sore. just when i would lift it. dont worry about it, it will be over in a matter of 2 seconds. isnt a big deal.
