ok i'm a lil overweight and want to no like any realli good diets i can go on to help me cause i wanna lose 40lbs

hey! um well mi cousin he went on a diet and what really worked for him was that he cut out soda,any junk food,um and like greesy foods anything that wasnt healthy.. all he did was eat vegetables and fruits and meats you get the point hehe but just stay away from that stuff and try to eat as many different colors of food ie; strawberries (red),brocolli(green), and so on ah you should also try doing like crunches every night before bed and when you wake up excersizing is an important part of a good diet .. you should definantlii not cut out food all together that is bad! and remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day .. oh also try to eat smaller portions but eat more than three times a day if you do that .. Okay. I just got the nerve to try out a tampon. I was all relaxed and read directions and I finally got it. So, I was excited I did cause I wimpped out before. and my mom got all mad at me cause she said i could get toxic shock syndrom and like something in my vagina broke? What the heck is she talking about? Im scared to use another one cause she freaked out. So help me please!!!!!!!!

awe your hymen broke thats if the tampon is in like far enought but toxic syndrom is when you keep it in for a while without changing it but that is very rare and nyou shouldnt be scared as long as you change it just tell her its fine and explain that your mature enough to use tampons and she shoould hopefully be fine with it [♥]

hey, umm i have problems concentrating on work. its really weird though. At school, i can concentrate fine, but at home i can never concentrate on studying or homework or projects etc. do i have ADHD (or whatever its called) or is it just that i get distracted easily? i rate 5's/ danielle x0x0x

umm it seems to me that you just have some kind of distraction at home if your doing fine at school... but if this problem continues you should get it cheked out with your doctor because its probablii ADD thats what i have and it sucks i cant focus like on anything but you will get medicine if you do have it and it should get better... ok when i answer some peoples questions i answer them to the best of my abilities, but they end up rating me really bad because i say one bad thing liek these recent ones i put bf for boyfriend and she rated me a two and said that i should spell everything out next time and i will get a higher rating and another one i answered and just becuase i said what ever floats your boat they said its not about them and they rated me bad

Why can't I wear foundation? I'll put on a little and blend it in but when you look at my face..it's all fuzzy and then it gets dry..and my face looks worse than it did before. I have tried powder and it worked until my face started to get dry and I can't wear it either. I don't know what to do...

oh you need to moisturize your face like like at night before you go to bed get a moisturizer and just apply some before bed and then try putting foundation on, also the type of foundation you use is important i strongly suggest getting the dream matte mousse from maybelline it works soo good!! okay this is kind of embarassing, and it may seem like i`m worrying over nothing .. but i need help in figuring this out.

All my life i`ve been scared of being alone with guys for some reason.. and ive always had this HUGE fear of getting raped by guys and stuff...like i get petrified if i have to be alone in a car with a man i don't know.. and im also terrified of getting locked into rooms which is also kind of weird..

another thing, when i was ELEVEN years old, i had a girl doctor, and all she did was stick her hands up my shirt for a physical, and i mean it was no big deal, but i started BALLING MY EYES OUT, saying "you didnt ask me first!" and stuff, and i mean i could understand myself just getting a little pissed, but i was crying and everything, and i felt so violated and used, and i dont know why because it wasnt a big deal at all!

I`ve always questioned myself like if i was raped or touched in my past somehow.. but it never added up ,i mean my mom wouldnt ever do that, and my dad is AWESOME and he`s really protective so it wasnt him, and i have no siblings...so i just brushed it off...its so weird though like i have this weird obsessive feeling inside me that something happened to me as a kid, which is why i react to things the way i do now..

Well, recently my dad said to me "Did anything weird to you happend when you were at Montessory Pre-school ?" and i said "I dont remember, why?" and he said "Because a long time ago on the news when you were 4 we had to take you out of that school, they closed it because something weird was going on there..like someone was doing sexual things to the kids" and when he said that i just thought to myself "holy shit, i wonder if thats why im like this.. i wonder if that happened to me" but i just asked him "well what else happened" and he said "they dont really know, they just closed and the woman went out of town.. something weird was going on in there though, and they all of a sudden closed"


So.. I was just thinking to myself.. is there a possiblity that maybe i was one of the kids who got touched in weird ways? and even though i dont remember it..could it still be affecting my life now? like if something like that happens to you as a child.. can you conciously feel it sort-of even if you dont remember it?

please help me, i feel so confused.

OMG!that is horrible yea things like that can effect you even years later.. um someone i know has been raped once and this happened about 3 years ago but she still worries to walk alone at night and little things like that scare her so much while it doesnt bother others but people just dont understand that ... if i were you i would probablii let mi parents know what you remember i dont think they could do a whole lot about it but it might help in some ways my advice to you is relax try not to worry about things like that happening again talk to a friend (thats mature enuff to not say something stupid or anything) and usualli it helps but just try not to worry and think about it as much things should start gettin better and if not then you should consider counceling [♥]

okay well i have a little white sore on the inside of my lip. like on the way bottom where your teeth grow. it hurts too. i smoke and i think it might be mouth cancer. my mom knows about it but not that i smoke. and its like bleeding a tiny bit. what are the sympotms? what should i do?

OUCH! sounds pain full well first of all you should try to lay off the smoking because some of the symptoms for mouth cancer are well the first one would be a sore in your mouth that doesnt heel within three weeks, the next is like a lump of overgrown tissue like anywere inside your mouth,then if u have any red or what patch on your gums of like the linig of your mouth also if u have like difficulties swallowing,moving the jaw and simply chewing. i dont kno if you have any of these but if so i highly suggest that you should let your mom/dad whatever know and deffinantly quit right away and let them know that you did it before and that you quit they will most likly and hopefully understand and they should take you to the doctors to be treated right away [♥]

I am so confused right now. My science grade keeps slipping lower and lower. I am trying to pick it up, but it just isnt working.
