Q: well i want to have a great tan before i go to Flordia may 26 but i am so white, is there any kind of tanning stuff that works really good and stays for a really long time or stays forever without going to a tanning bed? Also i am tired of shaving all the time my hair grows back so quick, is there any kind of wax or something that doesnt cost that much money that works great to keep hair gone for a while?

but, I have a meet on monday! (Im asking this on Saturday Morning) and I have HORRIBLE pains in my knees and ankels when i run, and after i run i have the pains in my ankels. it always feels like my i am going to sprain my ankel!

I have pratice in about an hour!

so, i need some help! what should i do to make myself go faster, despite the pains.

I know how to at the meet because i only have to do it one time, but at pratice wtih the continous working, what should I do??

and any ways to go faster, and im in the 4X1 relay! anyone have sugestions for that either?

Also- I know what the pains are coming from-its the track.

Q: Well, recently, My best friend told me what happened at a party when i was 14,i am now 16. As it turns out, at that party, there was some extesy going around. Someone snuck it into my drink. I was lead away from the party,to the basement. When i woke up from the extisy, A guy was inside of me. I was sexually assaulted. I tried to get away, but he hit me again to knock me out. I had a mental block of this night, and when my friend told me of what might of happened at that party, it all came falling down. I have horrible flashbacks. She is the only one who knows. I am having some weird pains in my stomache that started at age 15, i thought it was nothing, but as it turns out, i went to the doctor. When i went to the doctor, he revealed that i had aids. What do i do? He video taped it. one of my guy friends was looking at a porno site, and said they saw someone who looked extremely like me on a video. I asked for the site, and went to it. It was the man. The tape is on a porno site. I do not want people thinking i am that way, a porno star. What do i do about this whole horrible weekend?

I thought at that party i was just going to have fun.

Q: Since I was five and up until I was ten, there was a man that used to abuse me and my bedridden mother. Finally when I was ten years old, my mother kicked him out. A few years after that, I was taken out of my mother's house, and am now living with my 30 year old sister, and her fiance. Anyway, off of the background. a couple years ago, I had a dream that I would run into the abuser guy, and then I did! Nothing bad happened to me that time, but now I'm having nightmares about him again! I'm afraid, because the nightmares are worse than last time, and I'm afraid something really bad might happen. What should I do??? I know dreams don't always mean something, but it's been happening for three nights now. I'm really frightened. :O

Q: My boyfriend and I have been going out for about 2 and a half years now. We're both in college, and we're about half way across the country from each other, so I only get to see him a few times through out the school year. I'm going home in about a month to see him, and I want to do something special for him, but I'm not sure what. Any ideas? I was thinking about spending the weekend in a hotel, but that can get kind of pricy. Our parents won't let us sleep at each other's houses either, so in order to spend the weekend with him I'll probably have to get a hotel. On the side of being a waitress at the country club, I needed to make some extra dough. I decided to apply at a tanning salon near the place. But, I've never been to a tanning salon in my life! I can tan easily enough during my job. But if they interview me, I don't want to look like a complete idiot, so I'm going to go a few times in the mean time. What shall I do when I first walk in? What do I do once I'm inside the room? Do I strip off all my clothes, and so on? Can someone give me a detailed description of what to do at a tanning salon? I don't want to be embarrassed!

Q: Ok so here is the deal i know that i am supposed to be a good freind and all my friends say i am a good freind. But latley my friend who is a 14/male has been trying to act well cool he is drinking and i dunno if that is such a ood idea seeing as he is trying to get me to do it i know that i used to be an alcholic but i have stopped because my other friend who is a 14. female told me to so i did. But that is not the real deal. My friend has also begun to overdose and talk about suicide i have talked to people about it yet when i try to talk to him i am to afraid to tell him to stop i know i need to and i know i just would rather have him be mad at me yet he knows me o to well and will put up a fight.
