Hi.
If I don't wash my hair every night then my hair gets and looks so oily.I usually do wash my hair everynight but every once in a while i don't have time. Does anyone know any products that i could use to make my hair less oily or anything i can use so it doesnt look oily....please.

Nope, there aren't any products to make your hair less oily but my friend has oily hair to and she puts baby powder in her hair and it helps not make her hair look oily. I know someone already mentioned this but it really works. Hope I helped :)

I keep on getting rated 5s and each time my rate goes down like I had 4.56 and I got a 5 and it went down to a 4.5
If someone rated you more than 30 days ago, that rating doesn't get included in the calculation. The only reason why your rating is going down is that some ratings are older than 30 days or someone rated you below a 5. Don't worry, ratings aren't important. Hope I helped :)

On Itunes on my computer, i can't listen to the preview of the song without it stopping every literally 2 seconds to "rebuffer stream"...does anyone know what this means and how i can fix it?
The reason why some songs buffer when listening to them is that your computer is slow and it can't connect that fast. You need to close all the programs and windows that you are using and that may help not to let your songs buffer when listening to them. Also, if you have a lot of programs on your computer that you don't use and that take a lot of memory for your computer, go to MY COMPTER; then to CONTROL PANEL; and then to ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and delete all the programs that you don't use. My Windows Media Player does that all the time and the way I fx it is I try to find a songs that's below 250k so it can download faster. Hope I helped :)

Hey, there are a few exercises that you can do for your legs (calves) and arms; just go to these two websites: http://www.toneteen.com/fitness/legs.htm and http://www.toneteen.com/fitness/arms.htm. As for your stomach, you won't get a flat stomach in two weeks. It takes a few months to see results but you can start off with about 30 a day and then increase them when you want to. First, you have to dump this girl that thinks you are lame because you don't deserve that. Since I'm a girl, to get a girl's attention, just flirt with her by talking to her, making eye contact, or smile at her. The best way to ask a girl for her phone number is to jsut ask her for it. I'm always craving junk food. When it comes to self-control, I have none in the food category. If I have a bag of chips, I could probably eat the whole bag if nobody was there to stop me. I just get caught up in something else and eat continuously and I don't like when I do it. I need some ideas for (easy) snacks to make right at home (besides like fruits/vegetables). I don't want something that will take forever to make either. I will appreciate any good ideas!
To help stop the cravings, put an elastic on your wrist and snap it when ever you get a craving for something. Try to tell your parents not to buy any chips and other junk foods. You can make crackers made into sandwiches (crackers with cut up deli: cheese, ham, etc.), a sandwich that you like, you can have celery or apples with peanut butter, you can make a grilled chicken salad (that might take a while to make but it's really good), and so many other foods! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! some time i think god is so not fair specaily this time...
im a 15 years old girl, have a nice family and 2 dog i got a happy life but at the time i was most happy is my sister tell me she is pregnet! i cant take it. i think when i telling ever one this no one gonna care about what is wrong with this but my family is so differient from others. when i was born my dad is really sad b/c im not a guy and so is my sister we grown up together have a really close relationship between sister and sisters and ever thing is happening ill tell her what is wrong with it so she is the most trusting and role model of me . one thing my dad doesnt like is she dont study hard and always makes my dad mad all the time but we still live happyly but now she is telling me that she is pregnet and let me explain to my partents i cnat do that b/c i kown i will break all my dad and my moms heart i cant be that selfish but thing over MY SISTER IS BEING MORE SEILFISH ! sorry for being so long plllz help me what to do and what should my sister do should she get a abortion or else?

I don't think she should get an abortion, just tell her to do what she wants to do. Be there for her. Just because she made a mistake, it doesn't mean that you have to tell your parents about it. Tell her that she has to talk to them. Yes, your parents will be mad and sad but they will still love your sister no matter what happens. Hope I helped :)

You definitely need to talk to her and ask her what that look was for and why she was talking and made it seem that she was talking about you. Her cousin coming over was actually rude and your friend shouldn't have done that. Just talk to your friend and tell him how you feel. Hope I helped :)

At school dances, I never dance. I know..you'll say "then why do you go?". I just go and hang out with my friends. It's actually pretty fun. But they dance sometimes, and I don't. I guess I'm just not much of a dancer. I think I'm self-conscious or just embarrassed because I think I can't dance...I'm not sure. I'm probably afraid of what people will think of me, like if I dance bad/can't dance right or something. I'm just nervous. I've never slow danced with anyone either. So my first time will be a little scary. Anyway, back to my question. What do you think I can do to get over this? I need help, because I want to be dancing and having more fun than I usually do at the next dance.
My friend had the same problem as you. Why don't you ask your friends to teach you how to dance? It's pretty easy; all you have to do is to find the beat of the music and just move and dance. Or you could sign up for a hip hop dance class or anything else and learn to dance that way. Hope I helped :)

If one day, the actually break up and your best friend's ex-boyfriend likes you, DO NOT go out with him because it will seem weird to your friend and best friends never do that. If people tell you not to do that, then don't. Alright, I have noticed on some people's advice columns that where it normally says "[view]" and it is linked to see the question some of you have it saying other things such as "[xoxo]". How did you do this? It would be a great help. I'm trying to spiff up my column so I was hoping someone would know how to do that. Thanks ahead of time.
You need to have paid account in order to do that. If you made your own column before you had to pay for it, you can change the code around and have the tabs saying different things. You can't do that with a regular column. Hope I helped :)
