how do you ask out a girl and if you got a girl you like but they think you are lame what to do to her intention what is the best way to ask a girl for her phone number

First, you have to dump this girl that thinks you are lame because you don't deserve that. Since I'm a girl, to get a girl's attention, just flirt with her by talking to her, making eye contact, or smile at her. The best way to ask a girl for her phone number is to jsut ask her for it. Just be like "Hey, can I have your phone number?" Then you can make up an excuse of she asks why. Hope I helped :)
