Can a person be in love in 8th grade? Or is it just bogus? I do believe I'm in love and I wondering if it really is love. All of my friends alkways say I'm in love with this boy and I have been for a while. Thanks!

Alot of people say that it isn't possible to be in love so young, I don't agree with that. You can be in love at any age. No one can tell you whether you are in love except you, when you do love him for sure you will know it in your heart. Love isn't something you can just be with the push of a button, love is something that happens naturally.

well it depends on yrou definition of love. I believe you can fall in lover a any age. seriously ost people in 8th grade say they love someone in their profiles and what not. But like most o the poeple i know will have i lov you _____ after like a day of dating. youlll know when its love. it is so much deeper then a crush.

Probably not. Someone is 13 or 14 isn't thinking about long term,kids,financial problems,etcs. Besides love sux anyway kid,don't worry about it. You're not even in high school. 5 years ago you believed in santa claus. Take it slow,you're not in love.

I'm in the 8th grade also, and yes, you can be in love at this grade or age but then again, you cannot be in love. It just matter on what people think I guess. Hope I helped :)

If someone says that you cannot be inlove in the 8th grade, then how old do you have to be? you know? I really do not think there is a certain age when someone is "allowed" to be inlove. It all depends on how you feel yourself.Just listen to your heart.
I dont even understand the true meaning of love for someone myself.. but I saw this and I thought it was a good understanding:

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Love is different for every couple, and can't be measured or categorized by certain standards. For me, love is when you feel wonderful around that one special person, and can see yourselves together in the future. It's all about what you think.
