I know people will get their makeup professionally done for prom or whatever. But, I wanted to get mine done before I take my senior portraits, what is the cheapest it would cost? Who/where would I call the schedule an appointment? (link)

the appointment was free. you just have to buy at least 40$ worth of cosmetics.

first since you are so shy, you have to figure out how to break out of your shell. like everyday smile or say hi to someone new.
comliment a lot, slide your hand on their arm while you are talking, smile and laugh a lot, and have eye contact.. that is very important.

okay theres this and she kind of used to be my friend (we don't go to the same school and shes a grade lower than me) and she is a total prep (you can ask anyone and they'll tell you shes a bizotch), so i guess thats why were not friends anymore. I skateboard and i wear stuff from like zumiez, pac-sun, and somtimes hot topic, and she shops at like abercromie, A.E, and those stores. well the other day she shows up at this place wearing the same shoes as me (grey & pink etnies) and i was like "you don't skateboard" and she said shes learning, so i asked what kind of skateboard she has and she said she didn't have one. hmm... how do you learn without a skateboard? and none of her friends have skateboards cuse there all preppy bizotches too. then i saw her at youth group and she had on the same frikin pants as me too! (they were dickie's skateboarding pants) and then shes like "oh! look jeanine!! we almost have the same outfit!" and she was wearing this abercrombie shirt with it that looked so with the rest of her outfit. she tries to hang out with me 24/7... she calls me to talk about "skateboarding" and she doesnt even know what an ollie is. and she buys the same cds as me AND she got her hair cut and highlighted almost exactally like mine! If someone says that you cannot be inlove in the 8th grade, then how old do you have to be? you know? I really do not think there is a certain age when someone is "allowed" to be inlove. It all depends on how you feel yourself.Just listen to your heart.
I dont even understand the true meaning of love for someone myself.. but I saw this and I thought it was a good understanding:

Ok there is this guy that I am friends with, and I found out that he likes me. Good right? No you see I am friends with his ex and she says she still loves him. he never talks to her or anything. he says that she couldn't handle just being friends and that he only treats her like that because she acts like that. I don't want him to treat me like that if we were to go out and break up, he says that he wouldn't,but I don't know if I believe him. And there is one more thing I have a boyfriend. we don't go to the same school and I was thinking about dumping him anyway,but I just dont know what to do. So should I dump my boyfriend for my friend?

He likes you.. but do you like him?
I dont think that it would be a good idea to go out with your friend just yet, if you are friends with his ex..and if she isnt quite over him. If you really want to go out with him then you should wait a little while to let her feelings change, let her move on; you know?
You shouldnt give up on your boyfriend too easily also if you still really like him. If you dont have feelings for him, because like you said you were going to break up with him anyway, then i mean.. dont lead him on.
Sometimes long distance relationships are good, you dont get to see him all the time but when you do.. it makes it ten times better. Theres also disatvantages of long distance relationships, like the situation you have now. Imagine yourself in your boyfriends shoes, what if some girl liked him? and he was going to dump you for her?
(Even if you dont live that far away, schools are some distance--through the weeks)

okay so she says she likes this guy, we'll call him Dave. but she knows his older brother (Clark) much better, and he is a HUGE flirt. She says that she doesnt like him, but every time she sees him she can't say no to him (even though he has a girlfriend), and so last night she was fooling around with Clark and she doesn't know what to do and I don't know what to tell her, she thinks she's screwed up her chances with Dave and I was wondering if there was any advice you could give me about what she could do about Clark and Dave.... so I could tell her, cause I don't know how to help. You really have to get it in her head to say NO. It seems like your friend is a peoplepleaser, but im not putting her down or anything. I guess if I put myself in her shoes, then I would be able to understand the situation of being alone, with a boy that she probably does trust very much. Just make sure that she doesnt fool around with him anymore..because that wouldnt be any better :D
As long as Mr. Dave doesnt find out right now about what she has done with Clark, then just let her get to know, and become closer to Dave. But eventually if her and Dave start dating, it would be good for her to come clean.. but at a point where she can comfertably come out.

Just put a smile on your face, and as others have said, believe in yourself. Say hi, smile, or wave to someone new everyday. Sit at different tables at lunch, or if you feel confident enough, just go up to someone and introuce yourself. Once you have met someone new, then let them introduce you to other people. Invite them to hang out with you one weekend.
You can bassically meet people anywhere, you said that their werent "many" clubs at your school, but in those small choices, find something and join.
Join sports teams, or an afterschool activity.

my best frien dylan and I have no been the same since me and my exbf broke up. It seems as if he and I have completly drifted apart. I love him so much more then a friend, but he told me that he doesnt feel any love from me and he feels like I have abandoned him and I haven't. We got in a fight last nite and I hung up on him thenhe called me back and he hung up me, but theres much more to the story then that but its too long. I am going to call him until he picks up his cell phone bc i need to talk to him. We used to be like really close friends almost boyfriend and gurlfriend we just didnt have that lable. I miss the way we used to be. I dont want him to feel abandoned or like I dont love him bc I love him with all my heart. He is messing up his life bc he smokes pot and I kno that he is really depressed. What should I do? You'd probably have to talk to him about the matter facetoface. Show, or tell him how much he means to you, not just by how much you love him, but just the importance of your friendship. Allow him to be more optimistic about life, remind him of all the people who do care about him, and all of the great things that he has; you included.Help him get into more activites, to remove his mind from smoking.
I hope that you would know NOT to smoke, even if that would make him happy.

Just wait for Brandt to come to his senses. I think maybe hes confused himself, and hes experiencing other girls to see exacally what he wants.
With Jesse, if you do not want to be friends with benifits, dont let him get the impression that you do. He just might not be ready for a commitment, or a relationship at that.
Just be patiant, and look around. There plenty of guys out there :D even if it seems like these are the only 2 for you. You will get your heart broken plenty of times, but you just have to wait..
God has someone out there waiting for you; im sure.
