the nose or the eyes. as u punch.. start with ur fingers curled to the left (if ur right handed).. and twist ur fist so ur fingers are curled down as u punch. It hurts more... and it works better..
Hitting them in the eyes will give u a lil more time to get ready for the next hit.. and if u punch in the nose.. just make sure u hit the bridge of the nose.. and not like by the nostrils and punch upwards. If u do that.. u might kill them. Thats not a good thing to do..

If ur both ready.. then let him finger u and stuff... just slowly lead him on to it. Like slowluy move his hands onto your pants/shorts.. and use his hand to unbutton them.. he should get the idea. Stay with him. If u guys are really in love.. then u can make it work. I'm tryin to make a relationship work out.. and we live 2 states away from each other (me Illinois.. him Tennessee) Just try to stick it out. If it becomes unbearable not to see him.. then u should try to move on.. but if u can take the pain.. i highly recomend staying with him as long as u can!!

Its OK to like him.. but if u live too far away from each other and will prolly never see each other... then u should just be friends. It will be easiest on both of u. That way when u start to like someone else.. or someone else likes u.. u dont have to turn them down cause ur involoved with someone that lives MILES away.

My dad smokes a lot every day and it really bothers me and my mom and brother but mostly me. We all tell him to stop and he's always like "I will tomorrow or next week or after this and that"
And I always have to remind him to open the door or window when he's near me while he smokes...I mean he doesn't do it 24-7 and he knows when to draw the line sometimes, but it bothers me and I know he's ruining his health...not to metion I think he's ruining mine too! I suddenly can't run laps at school without me stoping breathing and it bothers me b/c it never seems like he cares...my mom stuck to her word about quitting after our cruise and I know its addicting but I want him to stop should I like hide his cigarrets from him or throw them out? If it bothers u that much and he won't quit.. ask him if he can smoke outside. Then u don't have to be around him when he smokes. Tell him that it is making u sick and that u r having breathing problems from the second hand smoke and that u need him to smoke outside or at lease away from u. If that doesn't work... leave the room when hes smoking. And if ur in the car with him and hes smoking.. roll down a window.. that will help a lil bit at least.

Some Kohls Stores sell pants in short sizes. I have that exact problem. I 5'3 -5'4 ... and i have short legs.. my pants are ALWAYS like 3 inches too long. Try Kohls tho.. the Kohls near me has a lil shelf thingy set up... and they have Tall sizes, Average, and Short... all in the same styles too.. Also try Gordman's if theres one near u... if not.. then i can't help u much.. cause those are the ONLY places I can find Short pants..

Instead of eating the fatty foods u crave.. try eating fruit when u get those cravings. Its healty and its satisfying. Its also ALOT better than eating those fatty foods that always ruin diets.

well... leg lifts help alot.. and when u do them.. put ankle weights on. that REALLY helps. it builds resistance.. which builds your muscle faster and gets rid of the fat better too. In case u dont know what leg lifts are.. u just lay flat on ur back.. and then u lift both legs off the ground a little.. count to 20.. and lift them just a lil higher.. count to 20.. and lift them a lil higher.. count to 20.. and bring them back down so they are barely off the ground again.. then repeat.
Also try laying flat on the ground.. and putting your legs either on a wall... or on the back of a chair.. just so your legs are at almost a 90 degree angle from your body.. then do crunches like that.. it REALLY hurts.. but it really works too.

u dont sound fat to me. I weigh 135 and im only 5'4. im not really fat either. i too have big thighs.. and i still cant find any ways to loose fat in that area.. I wouldnt recomend loosing weight for a someone ur size.. unless ur short.. then ur not fat and u dont really need to loose weight...

Don't play hard to get by just giving him clues. Just tell him how u feel. If u think he likes u back.. then its prolly best to tell him. If he really does like u back.. then u never know.. something could happen between the two of u. If your worried about ruining your friendship... then tell him that u like him.. but ur worried about your friendship with him.. Then u two can talk about it together... and then u can both decide whats best.
