jeanine278972 answered Monday August 9 2004, 1:15 pm: well... leg lifts help alot.. and when u do them.. put ankle weights on. that REALLY helps. it builds resistance.. which builds your muscle faster and gets rid of the fat better too. In case u dont know what leg lifts are.. u just lay flat on ur back.. and then u lift both legs off the ground a little.. count to 20.. and lift them just a lil higher.. count to 20.. and lift them a lil higher.. count to 20.. and bring them back down so they are barely off the ground again.. then repeat.
Also try laying flat on the ground.. and putting your legs either on a wall... or on the back of a chair.. just so your legs are at almost a 90 degree angle from your body.. then do crunches like that.. it REALLY hurts.. but it really works too.
Hope i was of some help!! if u need anything else.. just drop one in the inbox!!

mizzfitz92 answered Sunday August 8 2004, 9:00 pm: You just need to eat healthy and be nutritous! Don't overwork yourself tho. And the stomach is a muscle that CAN'T be worked everyday. Maybe every 3 days. You can look online for stomach exercises. But there's alot. You don't have to do just stomach exercises. You might want to just try jogging, workin out @ the gym (like take a class.) Cardio classes help! They're also kinda fun! LOL! Well, hope I helped! -J. Dont_Fall_Twice answered Sunday August 8 2004, 7:02 pm: First make sure you eat right. Eat Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you snack make sure it's healthy.. And try not to snack at night. As far as exercise, you should try jogging and swimming laps. Swimming laps is fun and is a great work out :) Maybe after eating right and jogging/swimming, doing maybe 20-50 crunches before you go to bed. But if you want to exercise try to be consistant. Hope all goes well :)
