If you MUST eat something have some fruit or vegetables. If you go for so long without eating the fat foods that you crave.. after a while you wont even miss them. SouthernBarbieGirl answered Monday August 9 2004, 2:23 am: Hey Sweetie. Well I have lots of advice for u, I consider myself an expert in this area. Okay first off, food. When ur trying to diet, u dont want to go extreme. Your goals shouldn't be unreachable!!! When I started dieting I cut out a lot of my breads and pasta's! I still eat them but just smaller portions. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies! Try kewi, mangos, papaya, and that kinda thing for a "diffrent" taste. Also I drink a lot more diet drinks, kool-aide (with artificial sweetiner), milk, and sometimes water (sorry but i think the only thing water is good for is flushing toilets and taking showers....not a big fan, its icky. lol.) anyways, i think that at the end of every week you should treat yourself (sometimes 2 times a week) eat maybe a hot fudge sundae from mcdonalds, a few cookies, a piece of cake, anything to reward yourself. Also if you have just a few sweets a week you dont crave 24/7. I wouldn't suggest you sit on the coach and watch tv a lot. They have a lot of food commercials is it makes me hungry for sure. lol. Anyways, now exercising. Make exercising a part of your rutiene. Walk a mile a day, do 100 crunches, jump on the trampioline, lift weights, whatever you can to work off the pounds! Good luck and keep me updated on your progress!

xo_Meg_ox answered Monday August 9 2004, 12:48 am: drink water to fill you up or keep you occupied (or diet soda or fruit2o or something like that) and try not to sit on the couch with a bag of chips, put a little bit in a bowl instead - this keeps you from piggin out! good luck [ xo_Meg_ox's advice column | Ask xo_Meg_ox A Question ]
aNgeLxfOrEvEr answered Monday August 9 2004, 12:44 am: Just do like 100 crunches a day, jog, or jumping jacks. Make sure you stretch first though. Buy some healthy foods to keep at your house, so when you get hungry, you can grab something healthy. Some healthy, delicious snacks include: fruit salad, vegetables and dip, celery and peanutbutter, healthy snack bars, etc. Hope I helped!
