dude. no, you're not being selfish at all. i can totally see your point of view. i fight with my mom constantly, and its not because im a stupid obnoxious teenager. its because shes stubborn. my mom doesnt like ANY of my friends unless theyre picture perfect. she always makes my friends feel unwanted in my house, so everyones afraid to come over. and she makes me watch my brother constantly when she goes out and doesnt even thank me. we get in huge fights all the time. so i can see where you are coming from and i know how you feel. what i've found that worked for me is, to just stay calm when an arguement starts. dont talk in a cocky tone of voice. and then when she starts getting bitchy, be like "mom. STOP. listen to how rude you are being. i only asked a simple question." make her feel like an ass. and try to get your dad or someone on your side. i dont know, i hope i helped.

diet pills are dangerous even if they say they're nature they still could have "ephedra" which could be damaging to your heart. but all the girls from my school go out any buy diet pills from GNC or whatever, its some health store.

I still have time to think, but I have NO idea what I want to major in. Im really good in english but dont want to do any teacher sort of thing and the author life is too risky. I love horses, but couldnt be a vet b/c i could never bear the sorrow of putting a horse to sleep. I love animals in general. I love designing too, but Im not awsome in math so interior design would be a bit too tricky. I cant really draw. Could anyone just list some cool things to look into even if it has nothing to do with my interests? Thanks... for the help. :-D

Im going to a new school this year, and its my freshman year. The school that i'm goin to has a freshman building so it wont be as hard by bein picked on by older kids, but im still scared. i went to a private school for quite a while and now im not sure what to expect! And me and my best friend were both going to leave our private school and go the same public shcool , but at the last minute --7 or 8 days. her mom changed her mind and now shes not goin there any more with me so im really scared! Can you give me any advice to help out or anything? ive never really had problems fitting in but im not sure if i will. Thanx a bunch!!
the transitition from private school to public scool isn't that bad, except you have to understand lockers. make sure you know how to open combination locks. and make sure youre used to switching classes and Don't get lost. public schools a little harder too... as for making friends, theres gonna be so many people in your position, its insane. because public high schools are huge and theres a bajillion people. find someone who might have the same lunch as you and sit with them

Now jason won't leave her alone.. If you have any ways she can tell jason to leave her alone that she's with the one she loves completley could you tell me.. I've known this kid for about.. well a long time. We've been friends for longer than my crush on him. We usually talk a lot online, but this summer we haven't talked.. once.. at the beginning of the school year (nov-03) I told a close friend of mine that I liked him. She promised not to tell him, but she asked him out for me. He said no and I denied the whole thing ever happened. Now I'm messed up since the LAST song of the LAST dance he asked me to dance (I said yes, duh) Now I don't know what to do.. I would ask my other verrry close guy friend, but that would be akward. I went to an oral surgeon to get 4 impacted molars out. I was put to sleep. When I woke up everything was pretty much fine. The doctor will give you some pretty hardcore pain killers. My mouth was swollen only for like 3-5 days. It's not as bad as you think.

I usually buy my makeup from somewhere like Target, or the drug store or whatever...well...I wanna get some nice expensive makeup that will last and be realllllyyy good...does anyone have some advice on good makeup to get from a deparment store that is not too expensive.
Estee Lauder, in my opion, is the best quality makeup for me. Especially the eyeliner (which is like $6 though...) and they have really pretty eyeshadow shades!

If your school has a program to become a "Peer Mediator" you could train to do that. It's a good start to become a counceler later in life, and highschools and colleges look for that. I'm sure there's other sites out there, I just don't know them. You could help people on this site though! It's really nice that you want to help! =)
