Somewhere nearby your city (or in it, i dont know how big your city is) there is a clinic for rape victims, or abuse victims. You could volunteer there to watch the people who had bad things done to them's kids, or maybe even play with the kids who had things done to them.

It could be a social worker, a psychiatrist, or a psychologist. Talk to your school counselor. Believe it or not, this site has people that you want to help everyday. Not one in each category, but one or two. We especially get a lot of shy people.

If your school has a program to become a "Peer Mediator" you could train to do that. It's a good start to become a counceler later in life, and highschools and colleges look for that. I'm sure there's other sites out there, I just don't know them. You could help people on this site though! It's really nice that you want to help! =)
