i'm 15. almost 16. my special someone is 17. almost 18. our birthday are in the next two months. where I live it's ilegal for a 18 yr. old to date anyone under the age of 16 and i'm not quite there yet. but we've agreed we're not going to let that stop us. my mom doesn't let me go out with him because last week she decided that he's a loser because he droped out of school. and she thinks he's too old for me. my someone and i have been together for 8 months and i would do anything for him and we have a undying love for each other. but it's getting so hard and now he's listening to peoples opinions and wants to break up with me because he doesn't want to try anymore. i know i could have tried more instead of trying to find someone else. but now i regreat it. i know that if i convence him that we can do this then we can make it.. i just have to get him to see that we're supposed to be together any suggestions?

alright so heres the deal. me and this guy used to go out. we went out like 6 times, and one time was almost for a year. He's always the one dumping ME, but somehow we end up back together again. Six months ago,he broke up with me so were not currently going out, but i still really like him, and i think he likes me again, too.Maybe he changed, but Im not sure if i should just keep giving him chances? but i really like him. Do you think its a good idea if we go out? Or should i just get over him? THANKS ALOT.

I am 16 /F. Last week i visited my girl friend, she told me they are naturalists and celebrate all week ends as a naturalists and they wear nothing at home. So I went their to see and I was astonished to see all of them nude (Dad, mom, my friend, her 12 year old sis and 19 year old bro). Is this kind of thing allowed? Isnt it a kind of incest?

I didn't know which catagory to put this in so I just placed it here...I'm 14/f and i feel everyday like i'm making everyone's life miserable. ny friend is a little weird
she is kinda braggy about everything
like at school...she'll have a book and be like "oh your so jealous of my book" and shes kidding around but its still really annoying cuz she does it all the time
also she kinda gossips about my other friends and i tell her that i dont like talking about my friends, and she still tries to gossip about them

tell her to stop wtih everythingg.. tell her that if she wants to talk about them she can talk about them to someone else because their your friends too... and let her know not to be so braggy..

- you don't have to be mean saying it.. it's the tone of your voice and your body actions that woudl make her think you're being mean.. so if you use nice tone and not in a mean way you shoudl be set. =]

Well here is my problem.

I'm eighteen years old. I have a really awesome boyfriend. Prior to our relationship we were best friends so everything is sort of honkey dorey there.

We'll call him "Todd" Well, Todd recently moved out of his parents house.
He got a job at a factory and a car dealership. Aside from the fact that he has no time to spend with me now, he has no car because he can't afford one at the moment.

Now I have no problem helping him out, and neither does my family.

Then Todd started carpooling with my sister to work (they work at the same place).

Now really I have no problem with that either. But now, he comes over to my house, opens the refridgerator gets something to eat, my mother packs him and my sister a lunch, he uses the phone with out asking, and the internet. My dad dotes on Todd; Todd sometimes asks if my dad can pick him up, my mother takes him to go get his paycheck, and now he's using my sisters car during the day!

I feel a little used!! I have never asked his parents for anything much less really visited with them.

I know he needs to get on his feet, but this is making me very upset. He knew that when he moved out of his parents home that he would be trying to make it on his own and now he's just overtaking my family it seems.

I don't neccesiarly want him to walk all over town, but come on he knew the stakes when he moved out.

My parents are charmed by Todd, my mom says "Well it's normal for the boyfriend to be closer to the girl's family.." but I am feeling used and abused. He hardly gives me any attention anymore yet he feels it's OK to do this with my family.

Am I over reacting? I don't think it's fair at all.
How do I discuss this with him without hurting his feelings or making it an arguement. I care deeply about him, but this has got to stop.

your not over-reacting.. if i was you i would feel used too... it's idiotic that he is acting like it's his house.. && if he's going to do taht .. then he should at least give you some attention..! i advise you to talk to him about it.. and see what he thinks about the sitiuation and ask him why he's not give you attention etc. hope i helped =]

Ive been best friends with kay for 3 years and recentlyy she started dating jay. Now Jay is an amazing person,Cute resepectful loyal hard working funny and intellegent. And Kay whom I love to pieces is the EXACT opposit now dont think im beig mean she really is she quit her first job after a month.Anyway i guess my question is what should I do?

i understand what your saying.. but to tell you the truth hun.. if you want to keep them both as friends i woudl stay out of it and wait patiently for them to break up.. because if you talk to jay about breaking up with kay and it gets back to kay.. then she's going to get really upset wtih you.. so my advice is to wait for them to break up .. and then jump on it & let him know how you feel abotu him && hopefully he feels the same way towards you =]

I am college student and I have been in a relationship for about 7 months now. However, it seems like longer, he and I lived in the same dorm this past year and we spent a lot of our time together so it feels as though we have been together for almost double that. We figured we would be spending the summer apart since his parents are from half way across the country, but, when he returned home his parents informed him that he would not be returning to school we both went to this year.

We decided to go the route of the long distance. We decided that neither one of us wanted to break up. Yet, I am the type of person who fears commitment and anything seroius and I in a normal situation I have my doubts. There are some days though, where I am okay with the relationship, and where I think that him and I will be fine, he is one of the most loyal people I know. And then there are days like today and yesterday, where he forgets to call before he goes to sleep (like he does everynight) or when we only talk for 15 minutes with in the span of two days, where I doubt this. I doubt how he feels for me and I doubt that this could work. It seems that now more than ever a little insignificant thing such as a missed phone call set me in to a world of doubt. So I am just wondering if anyone has any advice, whether it be that you think I shouln't be in this long distance situation or whether you have advice to get through this. Thank you so much.

ughh long distance relationships are so difficult because every day you want to be wtih them but it seems as if most of the time you can't... =[ but i feel as long it seems you guys both want it to work.. and i strongly believe that it coudl work out.. but i am getting a vibe that is telling you you don't trust him.. and if you don't have trust you don't have anything.. so i think you should talk and make sure it's what you want.. because i think it might be getting to you and upsetting you and your relationship should make you happy. not upset. =] hope i helped need anything else i would be happy to help out =]

s0 heres the thing I dont know how to have good conversation with out the other person thinking im a retard. In school i dread the halls-- I talkto one or two people in th ehalls but if they see another oneof their friends they totally just ditch me to talk to other people becuz they are more fun to be with. I'm 11 years old and in grade 6. I have talent show tryouts tomorrow and I don't know what to do! I've tried singing but all of my CD's have the songwrites voice on them. I need ideas.
