"xanga layouts"

See I want to know how to make an xanga layout. I've tried all the HTMl stuff, but its waay to confusing. I was wondering if you knew a site that you could mak eone on like mygen, but for xangas. Or how you make them on paint programs.

to make one you would need a program like print shop pro at jasc.com i think that's the website ... which costs like 100 dollars... =/ and i don't know any websites that actually let you do it yourselff... sorry hunnn =/
