F/16 Yesterday my friend was driving me home shes 16 too she went to pass a car on a 2 way street so she went over to look and then saw a car comming it wasnt close or anything it was like a half mile away so she went back into the lane and lost control of the car we did a 180 and then we flipped in the air i live in AZ so there was dirt everywhere and we lanned in the bush tree thing idk. my friend was fine and im a little scratched up and brusied. im not sure if i discribed it well but i cant stop playing it in my head i keep seeing parts of it and i cant put it togetther this was the first car crash id been in im still really shaky im soo afriad of driving or even getting in a car i just cant stop thinking about it
any tips on how to not think about it, any ideas on what happend, how can i calm myself down,

Wow. That's horrible. Two nights ago, someone I knew had died in a crash. I'm not saying that what you experienced was not bad, but be reminded of how incredibly lucky you are to be virtually unharmed and think of this as a wake up call to right all the wrongs in your life because now you can see how easily life can be taken from you. Think about the positives for this happening...I'm glad you're okay!

I know exactly what you mean. It controls a vent to basically get rid of the moisture in the bathroom, so after a hot shower the mirrors could be cleared without having to scrub them.

I'm 14 and I have high cholesterol. I know it's sad, but I can't really decide what I eat. My parents buy the food. I'm jogging daily though. I'm just afraid I will die in my twenties. Plus high cholesterol runs in my family. My mom has it and does he parents. I really got it by genetics, but then with the food I eat it doesnt work all that great. What cna I do since I don't buy the food for the house. I don't want to die in my twenties.

I have high cholesterol, also and I'm 16 years old. That's insane: I doubt you'll die so early. As my dad says "It's only one risk factor"...& though you should be taking care of it, it isn't as serious as you may think. My cousin who is in his fifties...drinks, smokes, tans and is an exterminator. Do you have any idea how many chemicals go into his body? He's still living...Well, I would say to avoid cafeteria food and always pack your own lunch...But please, calm down...I used to spend so much time worrying about this, but we'll be fine.

okay so my acne gets a little worse in the summer and it's like mild i guess you could say. it's not too bad but is there ANYTHING that could possibly clear it up a little bit by tomorrow? and it has to be something that i might have at home. but any ideas would be great

I've figured out that soap...(out of the pump)...works far better than acne medication. As long as it says it moisturizes it should work because everytime I use it, my face appears healthy minutes after. You may be drying out your face with all the other products you're using, so try something that offers moisture.

so i have never been into drinking...i just graduated from high school and i got drunk for the first time ever last night. my parents aren't home (they went on vacation) and they left me & my sister with my older brother. i had a few friends over (they have all been drunk before) and along with my brother's friends, we all got drunk. it was stupid to do while my sister was there (or stupid to do in general) and i think she's really mad and disappointed in me). she's one of my best friends and i feel like i let her down...i set a bad example and she seems pissed and when i apologized and asked if she was mad she said "that's just not you." and she's totally right, and i feel like a huge let down. i know people drink so please don't give me a speech about her needing to be used to it. i just wish i could gain back my sister's trust & i don't want her to look at me differently because of what i did. what should i do?

Abstain from all behaviors that are negative. Do good deeds for others...Be selfless...If you want to live a life of purity then she'd admire that & it would make up for what had lost her trust.

my boyfriend and i have been going out for ten months. Everything has been pretty great, we had a couple rough spots, but things turned out okay. Well he gave me his myspace password, and of course, me being curious, i went on it. i was looking through his messages, and this girl kept saying i was a stalker and immature and stuff. This may be a little drastic, but if you're wondering if you should drop the relationship or not...I think you should. He should be your protector and if he can't protect you against words from his peers, then how could you find comfort in your relationship?...Do what seems right.

1. my hair is dirty blonde (but getting lighter form the summer) with permanent blue and purple streaks (that you can barely see, they are so faded)

2. I am B cup, but I love my boobs.

3. my eyes change randomly from lightblue to darkblue to green to grey.

4. my legs are pretty nice, my thighs are a little bigger than I would like, but overall they're pretty nice.

5. my butt is a little on the large side, but it isn't fat. it's a nice kind of big.

Whoa. I've been dealing with this issue for a while now, but I'm doing better than I was before. I realized that the only person holding me back is myself. It seems that we are our own worst enemies and we are far too critical of ourselves. It's too time consuming to be concerned with what each individual thinks of you. As long as you show others respect, then you musn't care what others could be thinking because they wouldn't have a logical reason of disliking you. Find yourself through music...through television shows...food...colors. This sounds insane, but our likes and dislikes make up our personality. I think it's a beautiful way to change up your name, but I like the name "Becs" and "Becca". It seems like "Becs" is a name that others would chose to call you because of closeness, so the last one (#4) seems like the best option.

what color eyeshadow would look good on me? usually i wear purple which alot of people seem to like or really light baby pink almost white. ive heard gold looks good but i dont wear anything that would match with it. and ive done the set of 3 colors from almay to make my eyes pop but wasnt all that excited with it...

i usually try to draw the attention to my outer corners if it makes a difference, since my eyes are so funky shaped.

Avoid the color black. As in: exchange the black mascara for a brown, since you have a lighter hair color. Also, it is not best to match your clothing to your eye makeup. If you find an eye shadow that suits you; don't strive to make your outfit match. The light baby pink shadow sounds nice and I think you'd look great with a sparkling gray shade. Maybe even try to curl your lashes for a more natural look. Good luck!
