Arghh! So pissed off.
I want caramel highlights in my hair and my DAD !
won't let me and i really want them i have tried everything i told him everyone in my school dyes there hair and he goes well thats them what can i say or do ='[

you should listen to your father because he wanna make sure you make the right decisions and life and all he doing is his job and that making sure you don't turn out the wrong way

It is obvious that your father isn't going to let you have highlights in your hair. Take it from me I'm 16 and asked my mother if i could get highlights and she flipped out. Definitely don't do it behind his back or he will never trust you. The reason he won't let you get the highlights is because you told him everyone in school dyes their hair. He doesn't want to hear that because he wants you to be you. If you really wanted those highlights you shouldn't have told him that. Don't nag him cause then he might think about it if you stop talking about it.

Don't compare yourself to others. That will only make it seem like you are doing it because it's a trend. Let your dad know that it will make you feel more comfortable with yourself because you really think that shade would be fitting as far as highlights go.
