One of my classmates has one. Its on his upper arm. It looks retarded.. its apparently his family crest. You have to have a parent/guardian with you or written permission or something. Eitehr way- you have to have permission.

I know a few people who have gotten tats at 15 ~ They had to get a signature from their parents tho, and one friend of mine just had his [older] friend do it
