I definitely have to agree with MFS on this. There is no point in having HTML codes in your column. Those welcome and leaving messages are called "leaving and entering pop ups"; when you leave a person's column and it fades differently, that's called a transition; and you shouldn't have music on your column because it's against the rules, yet I nor any other Level 2 and 3 moderators can ban you for it. Since I'm nice, I will give you a few websites where you can find all of these codes. Once you find your code, copy and paste it into your Profile Settings. You should definitely tell her that he cheated on her, even though you both hate each other. She is only going to get hurt even more if word gets out somehow. How do you bar-lace shoes? Please explain it in as much detail as possible! thanks a bunch!
This is definitely going to be very hard to explain on how to bar lace shoes but here I go. It's sort of like lacing regular shoes except that you take one piece of your shoe lace and bring it over to the other side, forming a "bar". Instead of crossing them on top, do it underneath that flap and then repeat this step with the other shoe lace but from the opposite that you started on. I hope this wasn't confusing but if it was, then you should just ask a friend who knows how to bar lace shoes. Hope I helped :)

16/f/ca. I've been in one beauty pageant in my whole life, and that was two years ago. Lately I've been thinking about doing more pageants and getting me involved. I really want to go into performing (especially commercial acting/modeling). Do you think this is a good way to gain experience in place of doing school plays/musicals (I hate our drama teacher/director with a passion...)? It was also a lot of fun the first time I did it. I'm not TOTALLY into winning...just as long as I have a good time with all the other girls, I'll be happy.
I guess my question is, do you think this is a good way to gain experience into the performing/acting field, or would it just be a waste of time?

How can i convince my mom to let me go over my boyfriends house? Im 14 and hes 16 i guess she somewhat doesnt approve of that. Its imbarresing for him to come here because I live in a small apartment and my mom would have to sit with us omg that would be so bad. I dont kow why but even if he was my age she still wouldnt let me go over a guys house.Does she not trust me?
Your mom does trust you, it's just that she probably doesn't know your boyfriend that much and doesn't trust him and that may be the reason why she won't let you go over his house. Just talk to your mom and ask her if she will let you go over your boyfriend's house if she got to know him first. I'm pretty sure that will work. Hope I helped :)

my skin sucks ass. its been about a year and a half with ance. My dermatologist hasnt made a single difference! not alloud 2 go on birth controll pills. and my dermatologist wont let me go on accutain!!!!! HHEEELLLPPPP.
P.S. my days are so much harder with acne..everyone around me has perfect skin...and if u say "it will go away soon.. or in a few years" ill kill u!! lol.
I sort of went through what you are going through right now. My face wasn't the best and my dermatologist wouldn't prescribed me on anything. I would definitely suggest buying and using Proactiv. Proactive won't get rid of your acne but it will clean up your skin. Differin, Accutain, etc. are creams or pills that do get rid of acne. (That's what my dermatologist told me) You will see a difference in just a few weeks by using Proactive. You will also gain confidence and your self esteem will boost up. Hope I helped :)

im 14 and ive been going out with my boyfriend for 3 weeks now. it'll be exactly a month on valentines day. he's the sweetest guy i could ever know, and i know he'd never do anything to hurt me. he's so sweet in fact that he texted me last night to ask if it would be ok for him ti kiss me on valentines day. we're going ot watch the sunset in the park overlooking the city, it should be really pretty.
in theory, it should be the perfect evening, but im terrified. ive never kissed a guy before, so im really scared about my first kiss. and i like him so much, i really dont want to mess this up. everyones told me it'll be fine if i relax and enjoy it, but im scared that i wont enjoy it! i mean, what if we kiss and its horrible? what do i do then? and what if i screw it up completely?

Hey, don't worry, kissing comes naturally and you won't screw up, once you get used to it. Try not to think kissing him because then you are just going to ruin things up. If you kiss and it's horrible, just stop or just keep on kissing him because it will get better. Hope I helped :)

Okay, I'm 16 and I've been a size 13 in jeans, ever since last year (and awhile before that...). And everytime I put them on they're fine, but then like an hour later, they're really big on me--in the butt and the thigh area, and sometimes the waist. So recently I've switched to an 11 (I've lost 3-5 lbs, but is that enough to drop a pant size?)...they were fine at first, but lately I've been having the same problem--they get baggy...but the waist is fine. I don't like how my pants get all baggy on me, whats going on??
The reason why your pants are becoming baggy on you is because everytime you wear them, you stretch them out or you are probably losing more weight. Just wash your jeans and they will tighten up or you can by jeans that are already shrinked and you won't have this problem. Hope I helped :)

I was wonderin if you knew any software to download music for free cause we tried to pay for it before it was only supposed to be 2 dollars a month and they charged us 4,754 dollars so i wanted to know if there was a good free one besides kazaa and winmx
The only other software that lets you download music besides Kazaa and WinMX is Ares (http://www.ares.com). It's pretty good and I know people who use it that like it. Hope I helped :)

When I'm at the beach, or when I'm out in the sun for long periods of time, I never wear sunblock (if anything, I use like, a tanning lotion or something)...and I tan easily (I have mostly Dominican in me, and we're able to tan easily), I rarely burn. But lately the whole "skin cancer" thing is freaking me out. I like being tan, and the fact that I tan easily. If I wore sunblock, can I still get a tan? I heard that you can, it just blocks the bad sun rays...is this true? Or does sunblock completely block the sun??
Yup, you can still tan while wear sunblock. Sun block helps "protect" your skin from the ultraviolet rays from the sun and you can still tan. Try to get sun block that has a good SPF so you can stay out longer. Hope I helped :)

are sit ups or crunches good to do because I am skinny but I have really tiny love handles. I am 5'6 and weight 128 and I wanna get down to atleast 120 what can I do?
Yup, doing crunches and sit ups are a great way to lose those extra pounds. If you want to get rid of the fat near your hips, do side crunches and you won't have love handles. Running or jogging on a treadmill will help too. Try doing cardio because it helps. Hope I helped :)
