are sit ups or crunches good to do because I am skinny but I have really tiny love handles. I am 5'6 and weight 128 and I wanna get down to atleast 120 what can I do?

kcbswm599 answered Monday February 7 2005, 3:08 pm: both are good. but if you do that you will gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. my advise is eat right but not off the food pyramid that is insane (6 to 11 servings of bread a day!),exersize, do yoga, and dont watch tv during the day

Karen answered Monday February 7 2005, 2:54 pm: Yup, doing crunches and sit ups are a great way to lose those extra pounds. If you want to get rid of the fat near your hips, do side crunches and you won't have love handles. Running or jogging on a treadmill will help too. Try doing cardio because it helps.
