I have a friend who is SO not over her ex but really pretends to be. They both really like each other and flirt all the time and they still act like they are going out. What should she do, or what should I tell her to do???
As long as they're both still friends and no one's getting hurt, I'd let them just be as they are. It shouldn't bother you that your friend is still friends with her ex, sometimes that happens. Just be happy that they can still be friends and that she isn't upset over them breaking up.
are sit ups or crunches good to do because I am skinny but I have really tiny love handles. I am 5'6 and weight 128 and I wanna get down to atleast 120 what can I do?
Well, crunches are good to tighten your stomach, but only after you've gotten rid of extra fat. Cardio/aerobic exercises are better to lose weight, ex. Jogging, walking, swimming, bike riding
All of a sudden, I've become EXTREMELY emotional. I just watched Titanic, and I cried and cried and cried. I watched Homeward Bound the Incredible Journey with a kid I babysat with, and when the animals came home I was choked up. What's wrong with me? 13/F
One word... Hormones. It's normal for this kind of stuff to happen at your age.
Plus some people say "Titanic" is a sad movie. I thought it was funny. Especially when Lover boy becomes a popsicle at the end.
But stuff like that will be happening to you. you wil be alot more emotional in the next few years. Blame those darned hormones.
It could also be if something is going on with your life, something totally unrelated to runaway animals and doomed cruises. If you've experienced any losses in your life you might find yourself crying for what seems like a petty reason. If that's true for you, you might want to talk to a trusted adult or even consider seeing a grief counselor or your pastor if you're a churchgoer.
