How do you bar-lace shoes? Please explain it in as much detail as possible! thanks a bunch!

Karen answered Monday February 7 2005, 4:14 pm: This is definitely going to be very hard to explain on how to bar lace shoes but here I go. It's sort of like lacing regular shoes except that you take one piece of your shoe lace and bring it over to the other side, forming a "bar". Instead of crossing them on top, do it underneath that flap and then repeat this step with the other shoe lace but from the opposite that you started on. I hope this wasn't confusing but if it was, then you should just ask a friend who knows how to bar lace shoes. Hope I helped :)
