My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Nope. I think they should. That movie so got me. It`s my favorite too. It`s just of that kiss. Ahh, they would make a wonderful couple! Lol, at least I think so!

I`m really wondering who invented this toothpaste trick! It seriously does not work. Everyone says it does but honestlly try it you'll see. It wont make it smaller and it wont make it go away but it just wont hurt and it can rid of some redness. Just try and see if it will work on your skin. Good luck!

This is so weird but..my friend has a pic of my ex bf that I like so much and she made him a website and it has the picture. When I saw the picture, I started crying. I dont even know why. Maybe cuz I haven't seen him for 4 months striaght. I'm supposed to be hanging out with him when I get back from vacation. What if when I see him i want to start crying?? What can I do and why did i start crying like that?? How can help myself from crying when I see him?? PLEASE HELP ME!

I bet a lot of us can relate to this. Well yeah I did that before but just not with an ex. Its just that you miss him soo much and you still care a lot about him! That is fine. Once you see him I don`t think you will start crying but you will be just glad to see him! Give him a big hug and you will feel so much better!

To me it seems like he is trying to make you jelous. On the other hand maybe not. I mean he might of liked her when you and him were going out but he just said that to you because he knows you hate her. I really dont have a right answer for this but it does seem like he is trying to make you jelous. It`s kind of childish but everyone still does it. Just dont show that you are jelous (if you are). ok, im 13, and i don't no what to do, i want to start to wear makeup but i kind of don't, i mean if i do, how will i tell my mom ,and if i don't when do i start?

First just ask your mom about it. I mean you dont need foundation, powder, bronzers and all that stuff right now. Its not nessesary. Ask her if you can just wear a little. Some eyeshadow, eyeliner if you want, mascara and lipgloss would be just fine! They wont make you look like you have tons of make-up on. Its just a natrual look. If she doesnt let you then just wait until you are 14 or 15. I started wearing make up since I was 3! I loved it and I still do! Good luck hun!

today I got in a hung fight with my mom!! i'll spare you the deltails but i will tell you this, it envolved slamming plates, both of us yelling and crying and stuff...wow she told me that i was going to H*** (i am a goody-goody i've always made sure i was going to Heaven) and she sed to burn in H*** and i got so upset

Oh my gosh. Well first of all your mom did not mean that. Things like that just come out during arguments. Just calm down first of all. You need to talk to your mom. Even thought you might not want to, it would be the right thing to do. She is your mother and you dont hate her and she doesnt hate you. Apologize to her. For whatever reasons your were fighting just try to forget about it. I mean I argue with my mom sometimes and I told her I hated her and she got really sad about it. It hurt her feelings so I can imagine how your mom feels right now. Just HORRABLE. Just calm down and forget about it. Its okay to be mad and upset but you need to forget about it. Think of all the nice things shes done for you. Just let her know that she hurt your feelings but trust me she didnt mean it when she said burn in hell. She loves you a lot. Good luck.

If we were on a date I would defenetlly want a guy with good manners. Just the little things means so much to us. Like if he compliments you and opens the door for you and is very polite. Also if he could make me laugh and just have a good time. I wouldnt expect much but just the little things are enough and are very nice.

Honestly, I dont think any websites have that because no one would end up buying the CD's. You could simply just download all of the songs and listen to it. You could also go to www.launch.com and type in her music and listen to it. Those are the only things that would work. Have fun at the concert!

Is it abnormal for a guy to like Full House? Like, from the first season to the end, having seen nearly every episode? Oh my goodness! Why wouldln't it be normal? Its a show for everyone to watch. Its not like only girls watch it && it`s not only for gay people! It`s a funny show and its good that you like it. That happenes to a lot of people when they start school. Yeah, the first couple of weeks are weird at first but trust me. You will def. meet a lot more people. Its fine that you're shy but you have to be more outgoing and friedly to people. Talk to people in your class. It wont hurt you a bit. You would rather have friends then just be shy and be alone! So go for it. You could also sign up for sports at your school or other activities. A lot of kids sign up for them and that is another way to make friends and meet a lot of people.
