All right, I am just curious on the etiquettes of dating? Please answer the following.

Girls; tell would rather have a guy you’re on a date with show good manners, if so what would you like to see.

Guys; tell do you think good manners are important to show on a date? Explain?

Thanks for your replies.

TG, being a guy, what I think you should do is be yourself, but if you're not a well-mannered person, you could maybe change that little detail. Be as gentlemanly as possible on a date. You know, open doors for her, pay for her dinner, use your napkin... just be polite. Hope I helped!

yes a guy should have good manners when they go out on a date, they should be able to have fun with you, but no like a pig/slob/etc kind of way. he should complement you, laugh with you, talk to you.

Yes, I'd love my guy to show me manners. He has to have manners for me to even talk to him in the first place, lol. I don't want him to hold out my chair when we go out to eat or anything, but just a few compliments and good conversations would be perfect. He has to be able to laugh too, and have fun.

If we were on a date I would defenetlly want a guy with good manners. Just the little things means so much to us. Like if he compliments you and opens the door for you and is very polite. Also if he could make me laugh and just have a good time. I wouldnt expect much but just the little things are enough and are very nice.
